Giant spearheads found near Nantahala Lake, NC

EDITOR’S NOTE: This is the second report we have received about giant stone spearheads being found in Western North Carolina. The first ones were discovered in the Balsam Mountains east of the Little Tennessee River. You can CLICK HERE to read that article.
This second report comes from Rivette Hill who lives in a remote mountainous area north of Nantahala Lake.
Both finds were in areas where creeks once flowed. As the crow flies, the two locations are about 35 miles apart. |

When I started gardening, I began uncovering large rocks that were shaped like triangles. I wasn’t sure if they were ancient tools or weapons but I thought they were something important so I started setting them aside.
I actually felt like there once was some sort of village on our land but not a Cherokee village. So, I got a geologist to look at the triangular rocks and he said they were larger and rougher than the sharp-pointed or sharp-edged weapons and tools of the Cherokee.

My garden is near where there is water underground. I’m not sure if there was once a running stream but the locals told me they used to bury their streams with hemlock trees and fill dirt because there was too much water and they needed land for farming.
So far, I’ve found three spearhead-like stones. I expect to find more but I’m making a two-acre garden with just two hands and a shovel so the discoveries come slowly.
Most of my neighbors aren’t interested in this sort of thing but one woman said she also had found triangular stones. Obviously, she thought they were important because she put them in her shed. Strangely, when I asked if I could see them, she wouldn’t show them to me. |
Laser weapons may have sparked CA wildfires

Dry wood starts to burn between 300 to 580 degrees Fahrenheit.
So, it’s not logical that during the California wildfires of 2018, trees were left standing while adjacent houses were reduced to ash and rubble. This is more illogical because most building materials melt at much higher temperatures - aluminum at 1218, glass at 1350 and steel at 2500 degrees Fahrenheit. Cement, which is a mixture of ingredients, doesn’t melt like the other construction materials, but decomposes between 1063 and 1652 degrees. Yet, while these building materials were decimated, trees remained.
One theory for the extremely high temperatures of the wildfires is that laser-beam weapons were used to create them. This is not such a farfetched idea because back in 2015 Lockheed-Martin and the U.S. Air Force declared that by 2020, they would have jets equipped with laser-beam weapons that would silently and accurately destroy targets even at great distances.
While we do not know the heat such weapons might generate, scientists at the US Department of Energy's Laboratory at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center have created rapid-fire laser pulses that can heat matter to over 3.6 million degrees Fahrenheit.
The photos below were released by the U.S. Air Force at least three years ago of prototype laser-equipped jets.
 
Then on the ground during the wildfires, some thought-provoking photos were taken. The one on the right is from a video recorded by a helicopter pilot. In spite of the smoky darkness, it revealed a beam of light that momentarily shot down from the sky. It was not a searchlight.

We’ve lost a UFOLOGY Grandfather
U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Robert O. Dean
EDITOR’S NOTE: We received the following notice of the passing of U.S. Army Sergeant Major Robert O. Dean from his wife Marcia Schafer. He was and will continue to be known around the world for his vast knowledge of UFOs, aliens and government secrecy.
Friends, my husband Bob Dean passed into the light on the evening of October 11. Our retired Command Sergeant Major was 89. Please send your love and hold him in your thoughts to help guide him on his way. I’d appreciate it if you would share your knowledge of his crossing with those who would want to know.

Psychic medium stuns university professors

The village of Cassadaga, Florida hasn’t changed much since the Southern Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp was established there in 1874. It is still home for psychic mediums who share their glimpses of other realms with curious folks who come seeking psychic readings. Even university professors have ventured into town seeking to understand and to test the mediums. Here is one brief account of such a test:
“I hear screams and groans,” Lillian Weigl reported. “It’s like someone dying, like everybody dying. And there’s smoke everywhere, thick smoke. I feel it sharp and pungent in my nose. And I hear the sounds of thunder behind the screams and groans.”
Lillian’s words stunned the university professors who were testing her psychometry powers – her ability to pick up knowledge about objects simply by holding them. They were amazed at her accuracy because they had tried so hard to make the test difficult.
They had blindfolded her, blocked outside light from the windows with heavy curtains and turned off all the interior lights. After submerging their psychic guinea pig in darkness, they gently placed a jagged piece of metal in her hand. Its rough and distorted shape disguised its identity. Only the professors knew it was the remains of cannon grapeshot from a Civil War battlefield.
In spite of their efforts to stump the psychic grandmother from Cassadaga, she had described the essence of a battle scene just by holding a small metal shard from a 19th Century battlefield.
NOTE: Years ago, when I was living in Orlando, Florida, I ventured into Cassadaga. I was just plain curious about the historic village of mediums. That’s when I met Lillian “Lollie” Weigl who got my full attention when she accurately told me things she couldn’t have known about me as well as my father, sister and grandmother. So, for a time in my life, she was an unexpected teacher who helped me understand the world of psychic mediums. |
Cherokee wisdom: Gift giving is special

Giving a gift is special.
In the White world, people go out and shop for something they really like and give that as a gift. In the Indian world, people give handmade items, food, tools. They take care to give something the other person needs. While gifts are given on special occasions, Indians don’t wait for an occasion to give a gift when they see someone is in need of something.
It is considered rude to not accept a gift. The statement "Oh, you should not have done that" is a statement from the White world. It is not an appropriate response to an Indian because it says you are not interested enough in the giver or the gift. It’s insulting.
If the one who receives the gift does not respect it or doesn’t take care of it, then the one who gave the gift can go take it back – thus the term “The Indian Giver.”
If you have something you have enjoyed but have become too attached to it, then give it as a gift. Enjoy but don’t get attached to things because that promotes hoarding, materialism, selfishness and shows you have too much. Give something you treasure most so someone else can enjoy it before they pass it on.
White culture feels power by having a lot. Indians feel power by giving a lot. They believe if you have too much then someone else is going hungry. In the White culture, the very rich have more than they need while so many of their people are homeless and hungry, and with no drinkable water in some neighborhoods.
Only take what you need from Mother Earth. Your space, your food, your weapons, your clothes. Taking more than you need disrespects the Earth which is your home. Never have more than you need. It shows selfishness and flaunting.
You need to fill your bin first then look for what you can do for others to fill their bins. This way no one becomes someone else’s burden. You burden others if on welfare. The Indians were promised food and health care - not welfare - in exchange for their land. This promise was broken by the White government; it is not acceptable. Indian government honorably kept its promises.
The White culture gives gifts to a wedding couple. An Indian couple gives gifts to their guests at a wedding or special event.

Always give away the first fruit of any harvest, perhaps to someone special, Little People, animals, birds.
The strawberry, the first fruit of spring, is heart-shaped and should be shared with love and with prayers for a fruitful year. There’s a Strawberry Festival celebration every year. There also is a yearly Green Corn Festival which is a celebration and a time of thankful prayers. |

Bettina Rodriguez Aguilar, a Republican, is seeking election to the post being vacated by retiring GOP Congressperson Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. She is one of nine candidates in the race and recently received the endorsement of the Miami Herald.
"It has nothing to do with what I have done. It happened when I was 7 years old," Rodriguez Aguilar told The Herald about her abduction claims. |

Ancient Orientals lived in Grand Canyon caverns |

EXPLANATION FOR THIS POSTING: Recently, I was asked if I’d heard of the ancient Oriental and Egyptian relics that were found in the Grand Canyon. Like so many people, I’ve heard and read a mishmash of comments and fragmentary quotes about the discovery. So, I decided to post the original article that started it all – in its entirety. It was published on the front page of The Arizona Gazette on April 5, 1909.
There are several reasons to believe the article: (1) The Arizona Gazette was a respected newspaper of its time and not likely to publish a hoax story on its front page; (2) The cavern network area has been off limits to the public since the discovery was made; (3) Many landmarks in the discovery area have Egyptian names; (4) The Hopi Indians say their ancestors originated from the underworld of the Grand Canyon; (5) The Smithsonian Institute appears to have been involved from the start and it’s been shown repeatedly that it hides and denies evidence that doesn’t support the traditional view of American history.

The latest news of the progress of the explorations of what is now regarded by scientists as not only the oldest archeological discovery in the United States, but one of the most valuable in the world, which was mentioned some time ago in the Gazette, was brought to the city yesterday by G.E. Kinkaid, the explorer who found the great underground citadel of the Grand Canyon during a trip from Green River, Wyoming, down the Colorado, in a wooden boat, to Yuma, several months ago.
According to the story related to the Gazette by Mr. Kinkaid, the archeologist of the Smithsonian Institute, which is financing the expeditions, have made discoveries which almost conclusively prove that the race which inhabited this mysterious cavern, hewn in solid rock by human hands, was of oriental origin, possibly from Egypt, tracing back to Ramses. If their theories are borne out by the translation of the tablets engraved with hieroglyphics, the mystery of the prehistoric peoples of North America, their ancient arts, who they were and whence they came, will be solved. Egypt and the Nile, and Arizona and the Colorado will be linked by a historical chain running back to ages which staggers the wildest fancy of the fictionist.
A Thorough Examination
Under the direction of Prof. S. A. Jordan, the Smithsonian Institute is now prosecuting the most thorough explorations, which will be continued until the last link in the chain is forged. Nearly a mile underground, about 1480 feet below the surface, the long main passage has been delved into, to find another mammoth chamber from which radiates scores of passageways, like the spokes of a wheel.
Several hundred rooms have been discovered, reached by passageways running from the main passage, one of them having been explored for 854 feet and another 634 feet. The recent finds include articles which have never been known as native to this country, and doubtless they had their origin in the orient. War weapons, copper instruments, sharp-edged and hard as steel, indicate the high state of civilization reached by these strange people. So interested have the scientists become that preparations are being made to equip the camp for extensive studies, and the force will be increased to thirty or forty persons.
Mr. Kinkaid's Report
Mr. Kinkaid was the first white child born in Idaho and has been an explorer and hunter all his life, thirty years having been in the service of the Smithsonian Institute. Even briefly recounted, his history sounds fabulous, almost grotesque.
"First, I would impress that the cavern is nearly inaccessible. The entrance is 1,486 feet down the sheer canyon wall. It is located on government land and no visitor will be allowed there under penalty of trespass. The scientists wish to work unmolested, without fear of archeological discoveries being disturbed by curio or relic hunters.
A trip there would be fruitless, and the visitor would be sent on his way. The story of how I found the cavern has been related, but in a paragraph: I was journeying down the Colorado river in a boat, alone, looking for mineral. Some forty-two miles up the river from the El Tovar Crystal canyon, I saw on the east wall, stains in the sedimentary formation about 2,000 feet above the river bed. There was no trail to this point, but I finally reached it with great difficulty.
Above a shelf which hid it from view from the river, was the mouth of the cave. There are steps leading from this entrance some thirty yards to what was, at the time the cavern was inhabited, the level of the river. When I saw the chisel marks on the wall inside the entrance, I became interested, securing my gun and went in. During that trip I went back several hundred feet along the main passage till I came to the crypt in which I discovered the mummies. One of these I stood up and photographed by flashlight. I gathered a number of relics, which I carried down the Colorado to Yuma, from whence I shipped them to Washington with details of the discovery. Following this, the explorations were undertaken.
The Passages
"The main passageway is about 12 feet wide, narrowing to nine feet toward the farther end. About 57 feet from the entrance, the first side-passages branch off to the right and left, along which, on both sides, are a number of rooms about the size of ordinary living rooms of today, though some are 30 by 40 feet square. These are entered by oval-shaped doors and are ventilated by round air spaces through the walls into the passages. The walls are about three feet six inches in thickness.
The passages are chiseled or hewn as straight as could be laid out by an engineer. The ceilings of many of the rooms converge to a center. The side-passages near the entrance run at a sharp angle from the main hall, but toward the rear they gradually reach a right angle in direction.
The Shrine
"Over a hundred feet from the entrance is the cross-hall, several hundred feet long, in which are found the idol, or image, of the people's god, sitting cross-legged, with a lotus flower or lily in each hand. The cast of the face is oriental, and the carving this cavern. The idol almost resembles Buddha, though the scientists are not certain as to what religious worship it represents. Taking into consideration everything found thus far, it is possible that this worship most resembles the ancient people of Tibet.
Surrounding this idol are smaller images, some very beautiful in form; others crooked-necked and distorted shapes, symbolical, probably, of good and evil. There are two large cactus with protruding arms, one on each side of the dais on which the god squats. All this is carved out of hard rock resembling marble. In the opposite corner of this cross-hall were found tools of all descriptions, made of copper. These people undoubtedly knew the lost art of hardening this metal, which has been sought by chemicals for centuries without result. On a bench running around the workroom was some charcoal and other material probably used in the process. There is also slag and stuff similar to matte, showing that these ancients smelted ores, but so far no trace of where or how this was done has been discovered, nor the origin of the ore.
"Among the other finds are vases or urns and cups of copper and gold, made very artistic in design. The pottery work includes enameled ware and glazed vessels. Another passageway leads to granaries such as are found in the oriental temples. They contain seeds of various kinds. One very large storehouse has not yet been entered, as it is twelve feet high and can be reached only from above. Two copper hooks extend on the edge, which indicates that some sort of ladder was attached. These granaries are rounded, as the materials of which they are constructed, I think, is a very hard cement. A gray metal is also found in this cavern, which puzzles the scientists, for its identity has not been established. It resembles platinum. Strewn promiscuously over the floor everywhere are what people call ‘cats eyes', a yellow stone of no great value. Each one is engraved with the head of the Malay type.
The Hieroglyphics
"On all the urns, or walls over doorways, and tablets of stone which were found by the image are the mysterious hieroglyphics, the key to which the Smithsonian Institute hopes yet to discover. The engraving on the tables probably has something to do with the religion of the people. Similar hieroglyphics have been found in southern Arizona. Among the pictorial writings, only two animals are found. One is of prehistoric type.
The Crypt
"The tomb or crypt in which the mummies were found is one of the largest of the chambers, the walls slanting back at an angle of about 35 degrees. On these are tiers of mummies, each one occupying a separate hewn shelf. At the head of each is a small bench, on which is found copper cups and pieces of broken swords. Some of the mummies are covered with clay, and all are wrapped in a bark fabric.
The urns or cups on the lower tiers are crude, while as the higher shelves are reached, the urns are finer in design, showing a later stage of civilization. It is worthy of note that all the mummies examined so far have proved to be male, no children or females being buried here. This leads to the belief that this exterior section was the warriors' barracks.
"Among the discoveries no bones of animals have been found, no skins, no clothing, no bedding. Many of the rooms are bare but for water vessels. One room, about 40 by 700 feet, was probably the main dining hall, for cooking utensils are found here. What these people lived on is a problem, though it is presumed that they came south in the winter and farmed in the valleys, going back north in the summer.
Upwards of 50,000 people could have lived in the caverns comfortably. One theory is that the present Indian tribes found in Arizona are descendants of the serfs or slaves of the people which inhabited the cave. Undoubtedly a good many thousands of years before the Christian era, a people lived here which reached a high stage of civilization. The chronology of human history is full of gaps. Professor Jordan is much enthused over the discoveries and believes that the find will prove of incalculable value in archeological work.
"One thing I have not spoken of, may be of interest. There is one chamber of the passageway to which is not ventilated, and when we approached it a deadly, snaky smell struck us. Our light would not penetrate the gloom, and until stronger ones are available we will not know what the chamber contains. Some say snakes, but other boo-hoo this idea and think it may contain a deadly gas or chemicals used by the ancients. No sounds are heard, but it smells snaky just the same. The whole underground installation gives one of shaky nerves the creeps. The gloom is like a weight on one's shoulders, and our flashlights and candles only make the darkness blacker. Imagination can revel in conjectures and ungodly daydreams back through the ages that have elapsed till the mind reels dizzily in space."
An Indian Legend
In connection with this story, it is notable that among the Hopi Indians the tradition is told that their ancestors once lived in an underworld in the Grand Canyon till dissension arose between the good and the bad, the people of one heart and the people of two hearts. Machetto, who was their chief, counseled them to leave the underworld, but there was no way out. The chief then caused a tree to grow up and pierce the roof of the underworld, and then the people of one heart climbed out. They tarried by Paisisvai (Red River), which is the Colorado, and grew grain and corn.
They sent out a message to the Temple of the Sun, asking the blessing of peace, good will and rain for people of one heart. That messenger never returned, but today at the Hopi villages at sundown can be seen the old men of the tribe out on the housetops gazing toward the sun, looking for the messenger. When he returns, their lands and ancient dwelling place will be restored to them. That is the tradition.
Among the engravings of animals in the cave is seen the image of a heart over the spot where it is located. The legend was learned by W.E. Rollins, the artist, during a year spent with the Hopi Indians.
There are two theories of the origin of the Egyptians. One is that they came from Asia; another that the racial cradle was in the upper Nile region. Heeren, an Egyptologist, believed in the Indian origin of the Egyptians. The discoveries in the Grand Canyon may throw further light on human evolution and prehistoric ages. |

John McCain helped victim of UFO encounter
On December 26, 1980, USAF police officer John Burroughs and Sgt. James Penniston were the first men to go into Rendlesham Forest in the UK to investigate what was thought to be a crashed civilian aircraft. Instead, they walked into one the biggest UFO events on record which was seen by dozens, if not hundreds, of military witnesses at the two nearby NATO bases.
As sometimes happens when people get too close to a UFO, Burroughs was affected by radiation from the spacecraft and has suffered health problems ever since. Cruelly, the U.S. Government denied Burroughs was on active duty at the time of the Rendlesham UFO event and thus denied him medical care.
Finally, with the help of Burroughs’ attorney and Senator John McCain, Burroughs’ military records were corrected and released. He now has full medical disability benefits.

Cherokee wisdom: “Gold will make you sick” |
The following information is from Lynn Lossiah who has lived in both the Cherokee and White cultures and understands them both.
Beyond her own community, Lynn probably is best known for writing and illustrating a book about the stories and legends of the Cherokee Little People. Her husband and fellow artist, Ernie Lossiah, helped with the research and did the chapter title illustrations.

“Indians think gold will make you sick,” Lynn Lossiah begins. “If you have it, it begins to eat at you and you want more of it and you can never be satisfied. It consumes your life and all the things considered valuable go by the wayside, like loving your wife, loving your mother, taking care of your children and helping the elders. |

“That’s the reason gold wedding rings are not cultural for Indians,” she continues. “Indians believe that if you leave the gold out of the relationship, it will be a better relationship.
“Gold is synonymous with money, so when the Old Ones learned the casino was coming to Cherokee, they said ‘When the casino comes, you will be more interested in your pocket than you will be interested in your neighbors.’ Some of that happened but then many went back to the old ways. Those who didn’t take the casino money were just as happy.
“There is no room in Indian culture for any kind of greed – none whatsoever. If you find you’re getting attached to something, like a bowl or a blanket, then the first thing you do is find someone to give it to who might need it. That keeps you from becoming materialistic.
“Materialism won’t get you anywhere. It doesn’t do anything; it’s just there. Your mother’s old bowl is not worthwhile unless you use it every day. So, put your energy, thoughts and caring into things that are worthwhile.
“Today the USA is drowning in materialism,” she concludes. “The only hope for a better future is for people to care more about people, animals and plants than their pockets.” |

Accused Russian spy Marina Butina
Have Russian spies invaded UFO organizations?

We thought something was odd when Evelyn Gordon and I talked with a Russian woman at the International UFO Congress (IUFOC) back in 2010, but now that Marina Butina has been arrested for spying and infiltrating the NRA, we’re really wondering if we met a spy at that conference.
On the last night of the IUFOC, we met “our spy” while we were dining at a round table for eight in a very large convention hall packed with tables of eight. She was an attractive woman in her 30s who looked like a slightly older version of Butina in the first photo above.
She was dressed like a New Yorker in a business suit – quite a contrast to the seven Americans at the table. Her English was excellent but her accent clearly was Russian. She came across as very educated, sophisticated and worldly. From across the table, she engaged us in conversation. Eventually she moved to a chair next to us.
“Our spy” was full of questions, but we couldn’t pin her down when we asked her questions. Of course, we never could find out why she was there, why she was in the USA or if she represented any group. Later, we had no success when we called the phone number on her business card.
We regret not keeping that card because then we would have a name for “our spy” but if our suspicions are right, it would have been bogus. |
Undersea UFO base may exist off California coast

Surprisingly, UFO sighting reports in the Santa Catalina Channel are nothing new. Dennett found reports going back to the 1920s and 1930s.
By the 1970s, he says families were going to the beach at night to watch multi-colored UFOs that sometimes would sink under the water.
“As I began to plot the encounters on a map,” he explains, “I saw an instant pattern. Nearly all these cases were practically in the same place.” |

In his book, Dennett presents more than 70 eyewitness reports of USOs in the coastal waters off southern California, plus an equal number of reports of UFOs flying over the area.
Witnesses range from 300 Boy Scouts, and the 50 adults with them, to military witnesses in the Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard.

Above is a Google Earth image of a huge ancient structure beneath the ocean off the coast of Malibu, California. It is nearly a mile and a half beneath the ocean surface and 2.5 miles wide. The ceiling is 500 feet thick. Dennett believes this could be the main entrance into an undersea base.

Energy wave crosses USA in 19 minutes

Seismographs recorded an energy wave that traversed the entire continental USA in a mere 19 minutes the night of May 12, 2018. It was not an earthquake because the energy pulse stayed at the same level of intensity from coast to coast. A graph from that night is shown on the right.

While seismographs across the country confirmed the mystery wave going from East Coast to West Coast, we still don’t know its source. Was it caused by a super-advanced, high-speed underground maglev train zipping across the country? By an underground electro- magnetic weapons test? By an electromagnetic pulse from space? By a solar storm? By a shifting of the Earth’s magnetic poles? Most of us can only speculate. |

Quakes increase as Earth’s rotation slows
It captured everyone’s attention when Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano exploded on May 3, 2018 especially when it was followed by many new fiery fissures and an earthquake count that quickly soared past 1000.

“A team of scientists (shown above) presented a research paper to the Geological Society of America, revealing some ground shaking information. The paper has warned that there could be a big increase in numbers of devastating earthquakes around the world next year (2018) caused by the slowing down of the Earth's rotation.
“The research was conducted and presented by Roger Bilham of the University of Colorado in Boulder and Rebecca Bendick of the University of Montana in Missoula at the annual meeting of the Geological Society of America. They found that variations in the speed of the Earth's rotation could set off intense seismic activity, particularly in the tropical-equatorial regions where the population density is very high. . .
“The two scientists studied all the major earthquakes that registered a magnitude of 7 and above since 1900 to have a wide data-set. . . There seemed to be visible spikes in seismic activity marked by an increase in the number of a large earthquake. Five such spikes were identified. . .
"In these periods, there were 25 to 30 intense earthquakes a year," he said. . .
“The team was able to draw parallels to other data that could potentially affect seismic activity and found that these five spikes happened during periods when the Earth's rotation decreased in speed slightly.
“The slow rotation periods came within five-year stretches. The team found that when the Earth's rotation slowed down over the last century it was followed by periods of massive earthquakes. . .
“The scary reality is that we are at the end of one of the five-year slowdowns. . .” |
Our wobbling and wandering North Pole

Earth is wobbling like a “tired” gyroscope.
“On any given day, the magnetic pole may be as much as
80 kilometers (49.7 miles) away from its average position,
depending on the geomagnetic disturbances
in the ionosphere and magnetosphere.”
This statement was made by Paul D. Perreault when he was involved with research at Trimble Navigation Systems (now Trimble, Inc.) which developed the first GPS and LORAN navigation systems. The company is a world leader in satellite navigation systems.
Not only is the Earth wobbling around its Magnetic North Pole (MNP), that pole also is moving. Data before 2009 showed that the MNP was moving at a rate of 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) per year from Canada’s Arctic region toward Siberia. This means the United States has been rotating northward into a colder region. Yet, with the Earth heating up, temperature changes may not be noticeable.
Five years later in 2014, Eckard Settelmeyer with the European Space Agency said the rate of the MNP movement had increased to 50 kilometers (31 miles) per year.
“I think this is quite a significant number,” Settelmeyer said, “and it underlines that there is really something happening with the Earth’s magnetic field which needs to be observed.”
Then at the 2018 European Geosciences Union in Vienna, Austria, Nils Olsen, a physicist with the Technical University of Denmark, told the BBC that the magnetic north pole was moving at 55 kilometers(34 miles) per year.
This increase in the wobbling and wandering of the MNP may be a prelude to a reversal of Earth’s magnetic poles.
According to the British Geological Survey, “in the last 10 million years, there have been, on average, four or five magnetic pole reversals per million years.”
If the pole flips were regularly spaced over a million years, that would mean one every 200,000 to 250,000 years but the most recent one was about 780,000 years ago. Some would say we are well overdue for another one.
NOTE: At the rate of 50 kilometers/year, the MNP has traveled 500 kilometers in the last 10 years or 310 miles. That is equivalent to the distance between Miami and St. Augustine, Florida. |

Were you fooled by Russian trolls?
April 6, 2018 - Three years ago, hundreds of thousands of Americans, maybe more, were very concerned that Marshall Law was imminent and their freedoms would soon be snatched away. Why? Because the U.S. Army Special Operations Command conducted an unconventional warfare exercise in multiple states from July 15 to September 15, 2015. It was called “Jade Helm 15.”

Sadly, Russia continues to pump false and divisive stories into numerous forms of U.S. social media. So, we all need to make real efforts to confirm sensational information before passing it along to others. One place to start is www.snopes.com. Did Atlantean scientists have 20th-Century reunion?

BACKGROUND INFORMATION - Thanks to Jacque Cousteau’s invention of the scuba tank, divers have been finding evidence of an ancient civilization that’s been hidden beneath the Atlantic Ocean for more than 10,000 years. The discoveries help give credence to writings about the lost continent of Atlantis by ancient Greek philosopher and mathematician Plato, historical author Ignatius Donnelly and psychic Edgar Cayce.
Edgar Cayce (1877-1945), who was the most prolific and accurate psychic of the 20th Century, spoke of Atlantis more than 700 times during his psychic trance sessions, and accurately predicted remnants of that civilization would first be found around Bimini Island in the Bahamas in 1968 or 1969.
Cayce also said Atlantis was technologically superior to our present time and its technology eventually destroyed that continent.

Edgar Mitchell (1930-2016) was a NASA astronaut who piloted the Apollo 14 Lunar Module. He was the sixth person to walk on the moon and spent nine hours exploring it.
Marcel Joseph Vogel (1917-1991) was a research scientist who held 32 patents including one for a magnetic coating for hard disk drive systems.
Edward J. Bacinich (1930-2012) helped develop the Titan Missile System and the B-1 bomber. He also created the Alpha Omega Research Foundation which focused on such things as quantum physics and cosmology.
Dr. Arnold Perlmutter (1928-2017) was a physics professor at the University of Miami for over six decades. He also helped create the Center for Theoretical Studies which was an influential forum about theoretical physics and related fields.
Jacque Fresco (1916-2017) designed flying wings that were so advanced that his employer, Douglas Aircraft, considered them impractical. In 1942, he was drafted and worked at the design laboratories at Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio. Later in life he became a futurist and launched the Venus Project with Roxanne Meadows. Their goal was to use science, technology and spirituality to help create a better life for people. |

He hesitated a moment or two. Then he told us he once had a past-life regression and experienced a lifetime as a powerful leader on Atlantis. Facebook deletes Stone-Age art as “dangerous pornography”

Since the beginning of 2018, our Facebook manager, Vickie McMahan, has been outraged by Facebook’s manipulation and censorship of pages, including the one for our website. She has watched our hits abruptly tumble from 100 to 200 per day to just a few.
Our page is not the only one being censored. Evidence is piling up from around the world that Facebook has gone too far with its censorship. This became sadly and almost laughably obvious when it declared that a priceless Stone-Age statuette is “dangerous pornography.” |

According to an “Ancient Origin” article posted on March 1, 2018, “The censorship fiasco began late last December when Italian arts activist Laura Ghianda posted a picture of the Venus of Willendorf on Facebook. She was delighted to see the post going viral and then it vanished like it didn’t exist.”
Ghianda wasn’t the only one outraged by Facebook’s censoring of this tiny 4.4-inch-tall artifact. The Natural History Museum staff told the “Daily Mail” they were outraged too. “We think that an archaeological object, especially such an iconic one, should not be banned from Facebook because of ‘nudity,’ as no artwork should be.”

| James Kennedy enjoys searching for fossils and is quite good at it. He has boxes of them in his home in Vero Beach, Florida. One of his finds is a 13,000-year-old fossilized bone with a mammoth or a mastodon etched on it. The fossil was stored under his sink for several years before he dusted it off in 2009 and discovered the etching. Since then, it has proven to be one of the oldest pieces of prehistoric art in the Western Hemisphere. |

| George Currie, a semi-retired musician and former music teacher in Scotland, has located more than 670 Neolithic and Bronze Age carvings over a 15-year period according to a September 17, 2016 article in “The Guardian” newspaper in Britain. He continues to walk once or twice a week in search of ancient artwork in Scotland. |

| A group of 55 amateur archaeologists, ranging in age from nine to 80, volunteered to help with an excavation project in Boxford, England. Even the town’s butcher and a local builder used their vacation time to help with the project.
Surveys by professional archaeologists indicated something was beneath the rolling hills near Boxford in Southern England, but they thought it was unlikely anything exceptional would be discovered.
The experts were wrong but delighted when the town’s volunteers uncovered a 20-foot-long mosaic in September 2017. It turned out to be from a Roman villa that was built during the time of Roman domination in England. Part of that mosaic is shown above. |

Mark Thompson’s day job is spray painting forklifts but on his own time he is a treasure hunter armed with an inexpensive metal detector he bought on eBay. A year ago, while scanning Robin Hood’s Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire, England, he found a Medieval gold ring.
A baby is depicted and on one side of the ring and a female saint on the other, perhaps representing the Christ child and his mother. The British Museum has declared it a national treasure worth as much as 70,000 British pounds or $87,000. |

University prepares students for alien contact
A new course called “Ufology and Exopolitics” was added to the curriculum at Akdeniz University in Turkey in late 2017 according to the country’s Dogan News Agency. The purpose of the class is to prepare students for the possibility of extraterrestrial contact.
The course focuses on practical preparations and galactic diplomacy but also gets into the history of cover-ups related to alien contact.
“We believe representatives from the world and extraterrestrial civilizations will soon be making official contact with each other,” says Erhan Kolbasi, chairman of the Sirius UFO Space Sciences Research Center in Istanbul who is serving as a tutor for the course.
“We think there will be in an open and mass contact – biggest change seen in the history of the world,” he adds.
Kolbasi says aliens already have visited Earth and technologies such as fiber-optic cables, microchips and night-vision instruments have been developed because of intelligence gathered at spacecraft crash sites. |

Ancient pyramids may be in Bahamian waters
We posted two articles in 2012 about three ancient underwater pyramids off the coast of Florida east of Jupiter, Vero Beach and Melbourne. You can CLICK HERE to read about those discoveries.
Then recently we learned about two more pyramid-like structures in the waters south of New Providence Island in the Bahamas. The possible pyramids were first discovered in the fall of 2017 by Scott Waring when he was using Google Earth to methodically search the ocean bottom for interesting anomalies.

The Nantahala National Forest in Jackson County, North Carolina is a hotspot for unusual sightings and discoveries. Most recently, a man discovered a trove of very large stones that look like they might be ancient spearheads. He found them when he was cleaning a swampy area on his property so his creek would flow better. He was amazed at what he found.
Photos of some of the stones he found are shown below. Clearly, they are too big and heavy to be useful to a normal size human.

“I was just throwing rocks on the bank while cleaning out the swampy part of the creek so it would flow better,” BJ explained.
“As the rocks piled up, I noticed they all had similar shapes. Unlike smooth river rocks which I also found, these had sharp edges and appeared to be tooled. A creek doesn’t create straight pointed rocks, so maybe they could be ancient spearheads. When I picked up some of them, they weighed like 10 pounds.
“An old friend of mine, whose mother was a full-blooded Cherokee, claims to have a spiritual connection and reads energy,” BJ continued. “When she came to visit, she was overwhelmed by the energy and power of the place. She felt people had lived there before the Cherokee. You have to wonder if they might have been giants.” |

Erich von Daniken’s brand-new book “The Gods Never Left Us” provides a great many ancient stories from around the globe that say humankind was created or upgraded by beings who came down from the sky in such things as silver eggs, golden spheres, giant coconuts, cloud ships, flying houses and flying chariots.
These ancient legends appear to be at odds with Christian and Jewish teachings, but maybe they’re not. Without diving into a deep theological discussion, suffice it to say that in the Old Testament the word “Elohim” is a plural noun meaning gods while the Supreme God most often is called Jehovah or Yahweh. So, the word Elohim might actually refer to extraterrestrials.
Von Daniken says ET involvement with humankind cannot easily be dismissed because there are many similar stories all around the world, and they come from ancient cultures that had no contact with each other. Here are a few quotes from his book:
SOUTH PACIFIC - “One island chain in the South Pacific is the New Hebrides. The native inhabitants of Malekula (one of the islands) tell that a long time ago Barakulkul had come from heaven with five of his brothers. They did so in a coconut which opened by itself. This accords with the story from the Fiji Islands, for there the first human emerged from a shiny egg which the cloud serpent ‘Degei’ had thrown to earth.”

LATVIA (Northern Europe) – “Dievs lived in heaven and ruled there over vast riches. He rode around the heavenly mountain on his flying horse and, at the time of the terrestrial harvest, descended from heaven to earth.”
TIERRA DEL FUEGO (Southern tip of South America) – Like everywhere else, the primal human being, Kenos, came to Earth to bring order to it. ‘Then he flew back to heaven; he now lives among the stars.’”

It might surprise some people that ETs believe in a Supreme Creator. Nobody was more surprised than Phillip H. Krapf.
