“Golden” aliens and cigar-shaped sky ship

EDITOR’S NOTE: “Ann” lives on the Balsam Ridge just south of Highway 74 between Waynesville and Sylva, North Carolina. Nearby landmarks are Double Top Mountain and the Balsam Mountain Preserve Golf Course. It’s an area where many sky ships, UFOs and black helicopters have been reported. Her most dramatic sighting occurred after a very unusual conversation.

Golf Course at Balsam Mountain Preserve
Many sightings near Balsam Mountain Preserve Golf Course
During a visit with friends in 2006 or 2007, the conversation went into talk of UFO sightings and extraterrestrials. One of them revealed to me and some of my family members that a few years before they were taken on multiple trips into outer space in a sky ship craft.

We were given a description of non-hostile, very tall, blond, Nordic type beings they called "Goldens" who acted as their hosts and tour guides.

The friend claimed that during the trips the beings showed videos with hologram-like quality on a very large screen of the devastation mankind is causing to the planet and of what would happen in the future if we don't change our ways. They said the future footage was depressing, catastrophic, and very hard to watch. This person believed they were shown the images to encourage them to bring attention to the terrible future we are in the process of creating for our own Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.

On a later visit with these same friends, the topic of UFOs, ETs, and spacecraft came up again. We were shown their vegetable garden and told the beings had provided some unusual information which was helping their garden grow better. It involved building a structure over the garden, which we were shown.

The stories captivated us, but the words spoken as we left that night have stuck in my mind: "Keep an eye out and maybe you'll see something. Maybe you'll see something tonight.

It was probably around 11 p.m. when we departed for home. It was a clear, dark night and you could see the stars very well. Soon, while driving east from Sylva on Highway 74, just as we were passing what used to be a Comfort Inn on the left and heading uphill, I saw something I will never forget. It was a brilliant flash of bright white light and a tear or rip appeared out of nowhere in the black velvet night sky. It looked like an opening, or maybe a portal of very bright daylight in a totally black, yet star-studded sky.

In this rip, I could see what appeared to be a very shiny, silver cigar-shaped UFO. It looked like a plane without any wings. My son, who also was in the front seat, and I chimed together, “Did you see that?!!!” We saw the same thing - a brilliant flash of white light which, for just a few seconds, illuminated a strange silent craft in a tear-like rip in a totally dark but clear night sky. Then just as suddenly, the rip in the sky disappeared and the sky went black again. That rip, tear, or portal and the strange craft completely disappeared without a trace.

There are not any street lights on that section of road. There were no sounds before, during, or after the event. There were no airplanes, heat lightning, storms, nor any clouds – nothing to help explain away what we’d seen.

UFO looked like a cabbage head jellyfish

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this testimony on December 13, 2010 from Keith Byrom of Asheville, NC about his first ever UFO sighting.

I was sitting on my back deck about 9:30 p.m. on November 19, 2010. Rising from the chair, I saw what I thought was a shooting star in the eastern sky. The flash of orange was too large for a meteor, and soon had a comet-like tail that then disappeared - all of this in an instant.

It was an orange, globe-shaped "sky ship,” for lack of a better word, and it moved slowly east to west, not that high above the tree line. It had a collar at the base of the globe that made me think of a cabbage head jellyfish.

It was orange-yellow in color as it came in line with me and it slowed to a near stop and spun slowly around. Other colors and hues appeared in the globe. I watched for it 90 seconds I'm sure.

I walked up the outside stairs to try to get my neighbor to see it - no luck. It took off to the north. Its size at arm’s length, I thought, was larger than a basketball, maybe the size of a car tire from my vantage.

This was my first sighting. I'm a sober adult. I called the airport the next day and tried to talk to the tower and simply left a message.

UFO with square green lights

EDITOR’S NOTE: We’d like to thank Christine Hoster for sending us a copy of a MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) report of a sighting in Sylva, NC the evening of November 9, 2010. We’ve highlighted key information.

Description:

I was driving on 74/23 heading west towards Bryson City, and I saw something moving slowly and smoothly just above the tree line to my right, heading the opposite direction. I remember thinking that it was surveying something, but realized it wasn't something I hadn't seen before when I saw the green square lights underneath it. It went over my car, and I saw it for a minute looking up over my steering wheel through my windshield, and was so completely caught off-guard I did not stop. I tried looking in my rear view and side mirrors but did not see it again. It was a triangle, with I believe 4 square green lights on each side (could be more or less, but the green lights were definitely square). There were also red lights, but I don't remember them being of any significant shape. I was going approx. 60 MPH, I was in the left lane and there was a car next to me. I was not going under a bridge and it did not look like a helicopter. I did not have time to turn my music down so I do not know if it was loud or quiet.

UFOs seen over Durham, NC hospitals

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this testimony on October 29, 2010 from Shirley Lumsden. We thought it was interesting that she reports seeing UFOs over Duke University Hospital and the Veterans Administration Hospital in Durham, NC.

The week of October 11, 2010, when many UFO sightings were forecast, I was driving north on Hwy. 501 (Roxboro Road) on the outskirts of Durham going toward Roxboro. Suddenly out of nowhere an extremely white object, which I initially assumed was an antique biplane, showed up in front of me high up in the sky over the Roxboro area.

Map of Durham HospitalsI eventually realized that I actually could not make out anything resembling a double set, much less one set, of wings. After all, the front of the craft was extremely white and had a very bulbous shape that was similar to the front part of a military drone.

While I glanced down to the road to make sure I wasn't drifting toward the center, I immediately looked back, and it had totally vanished. The next day I saw the same craft after leaving Whole Foods and driving back to work. It was again extremely white with a bulbous front and was hovering over the V.A. Hospital and Duke University Hospital. After glancing down at the road once more, it too had simply vanished.

I suspect these objects had decloaked just long enough for someone to see them and put their cloaking back up afterwards. Two co-workers saw the same thing which, for them, also appeared out of nowhere and vanished back to nowhere. They saw theirs the weekend of October 9 and 10.

I thought I would share this with you.

Red-orange ball over Whittier, NC

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received the following testimony on October 15, 2010 from Nancy Shay the day after she saw a UFO from her home in Whittier, North Carolina.

Last night around 11:20 p.m. as I was getting ready for bed and turning off lights in the living room, I notice a large red glow off to the southwest. I was looking through blinds covering a window and headed out to the deck to see what it was. At first I thought it might be a fire and went back inside for binoculars. When I looked through the glasses, I saw a large red-orange ball that appeared to be very large. When I put the glasses down to look at it with my naked eyes, it appeared to be much smaller. I looked again with the glasses and it was vanishing rapidly. It was like it was moving away from me at an extremely high rate of speed.

I live on the side of a mountain and can see mobile homes about a mile or more away from me and this object appeared to be much larger in comparison. There was no noise - nothing. I am wondering if anyone else saw anything similar to this last night.

Now, I do want you to know that I am not crazy. I taught school for over 20 years (well, maybe that does make me a little nuts), was married to a pilot, lived in Florida and saw several launches off in the distance and can kind of tell the difference between a plane and something else. I was searching the internet to see if there was anything about this and found your site, which is pretty nifty. Let me know if anyone else spotted this last night.

Another low flying Sky Ship near Dillsboro

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this eyewitness testimony from Sarah and Robert on October 2, 2010 about a Sky Ship sighting near Dillsboro, NC the night of September 30, 2010. Some people have noticed that low-flying Sky Ships often follow the Tuckaseegee River which originates in the high mountains east of Cashiers and flows through Dillsboro before merging into the Little Tennessee River.

My boyfriend and I witnessed a craft hovering over the Great Smoky Mountains Expressway on September 30, 2010 at 10:25 p.m. It was between Dillsboro and Barker’s Creek. The craft was motionless. I was driving my car and my boyfriend was following me in his car. I slowed down to look at it, but he actually stopped.

The craft, to me, appeared to be cylindrical in shape with tapered edges. It had a central light that was green in color and its edges were glowing with white lights. My boyfriend said that as he sat and looked at it, it appeared to be triangular. After watching it for approximately 15 seconds it began to slowly move southeast towards Dillsboro.

We both had our windows down and we heard NOTHING. We were guessing that it was roughly 150 feet above the road and approximately half the size of a football field. He said that even as it began to move there was still no familiar roar of an engine(s).

We were both puzzled by this craft and I am sure that I have never seen anything like it. Normally you can hear a plane or helicopter and they generally have a blinking light(s), but this craft was silent and its lights were stationary in intensity.

We are normal people and we will stand by what we have witnessed. Both he and I are graduates of Southwestern Community College and we are currently attending Western Carolina University. We never drink, we steer clear of drugs, and we have good heads on our shoulders, so we feel confident in saying that this was either a highly advanced military aircraft or a UFO. We are betting on the latter.

Big night for Sky Ships

Big night for sky ships - August 31, 2010
Locations of Sky Ship sightings on August 31, 2010

EDITOR’S NOTE: We didn’t immediately know there were multiple Sky Ship sightings on the night of August 31, 2010. The reports came to us over a two-week period. We’re posting them in the order we received them. The black line on the map connects three locations where significant Sky Ship sightings were seen that night. The unconnected black circle to the right is the location of the PARI underground facility which is mentioned in the third report.

(1) Circle of Sky Ships over Cashiers

“I always step outside and look at the evening sky,” says Glynis Heenan, who’s seen many Sky Ships over her Cashiers, NC home since her first sighting on June 28, 2008. “I’ve gotten used to seeing ships, but what I saw on the night of August 31, 2010 was really unique.

“After getting my daughter to bed about 10 p.m., I went on the deck and saw a Sky Ship in the north, northwest. I’d never seen a light in that direction that was so large and so low. It was bigger than my thumb at arm’s length. That’s what caught my eye.

“Then I pivoted around,” she continues, “and saw it was part of a circle of seven Sky Ships over my house. The others were smaller than my thumb, but much bigger than stars. All of them were pulsating red, blue and gold colors. I’ve never seen more than three or four Sky Ships at a time before then – never seven. The astounding thing was they stayed in that perfect circle formation for hours. They were still there when I finally went to bed.

“While I stood on the deck, I noticed the Sky Ships were evenly spaced. It looked like the length of half a football field between each of them.

“The whole time, I felt elevated,” she adds. “I knew something major was going on but I felt exceptionally safe and calm. The next morning, my neighbors confirmed what I’d seen. I went up to have coffee with them and tell them about the lights. They, too, had gone outside the night before and had seen strange, bright lights above my house.”

(2) Bright light with gold rays over Dillsboro

Starlotte Dietz lives just south of Dillsboro, NC and immediately east of Highway 441. Her sighting was less than 20 miles north, northwest of Cashiers.

“On August 31, 2010 in the evening,” she says, “I got out of my car at home and looked up at the sky. It was dusky dark and no stars were yet visible. Nothing was in the sky except a bright light not too far above a nearby mountain. It was real, real bright. I have never seen anything like it. I glanced at my watch and it was 8:36 p.m.

“At arm’s length, compared to my thumb, the light was the size of a grapefruit,” she says. “I couldn’t see any vapor trails or anything to explain it. The light wasn’t moving at all when I first noticed it then it moved for a little bit and stop.

“There were straight gold rays coming out from the ball of light - one going straight up and one going straight down. Then there were three smaller rays going out on each side. The light stayed in my view for about 15 minutes and then disappeared over the mountain.”

(3) Black unmarked helicopters

A gentleman, who lives on the Balsam Ridge near the Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute (PARI), reported that on the night of August 31, 2010 he saw “black unmarked helicopters flying west from PARI and chasing UFOs.” He added that he’d seen similar chases in the weeks before that, another on September 1st but nothing on September 2nd which was the day before he reported his sightings to this website. Go to the “Undercover Operations” section of this website to learn about the underground facility beneath PARI.

(4) Lights over Cherokee and Cullowhee

After Starlotte Dietz talked about her August 31, 2010 sighting with friends, she learned that two of them had witnessed the same thing.

“One friend was coming over the mountain from Tennessee toward Cherokee that night,” Starlotte says. “He and another person in his car saw it. He said it was the biggest, brightest light he’d ever seen in the sky.

“Then I was talking with another good friend of mine from Cullowhee. She and her boyfriend were coming home from Cherokee that same night and followed the light all the way. They also said it was the brightest light and the biggest light they had ever seen in the sky. When I compared what I saw in the sky with a grapefruit at arm’s length, both my friends said that was the same size light they’d seen.

“Plus, my friend from Cullowhee said she’d noticed a lot of bright, round objects in the sky over Cullowhee, too.”

(5) Sci-fi sounds on phone - editor’s footnote

Immediately after typing these reports on September 18, 2010, I went to call someone on my land phone. There was no dial tone. It had been replaced with a high-frequency sci-fi sound of several tones. I hung up and picked up the receiver three times. The sound was still there, so I went ahead and dialed the number anyway. While the call went through, the sound continued and the person on the other end of the line complained that I sounded far away and asked me to speak louder.

I’d had no problem with the phone two hours earlier. It wasn’t until 3:25 p.m. that I heard the sci-fi sound. As you might guess, I picked up the receiver many times that afternoon until a normal dial tone finally returned at 5:35 p.m. I’ve had the phone for seven years and have never heard such a sound from it, which makes me contemplate the synchronicity of it happening immediately after typing these reports.

Biker Sighting

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this e-mail on August 30, 2010 from Rick Moore of Franklin, NC. Following the e-mail is his story which was the bulk of a March 25, 2009 column by Roger Marsh with examiner.com. The testimony shows that large triangular Sky Ships have been seen for decades in the mountains of Western North Carolina. The way it behaved supports the common belief that triangular ships are manmade.

I came across your site by accident (?) and as a long time resident of this area, I thought I would share a true story that happened to myself and my (ex) wife back in late March of 1986 in Jackson County. Rather than relate it all over again, I will just link to a story done about the sighting. . . .

If you have any questions or would like to use this true report, please feel free to do so, and you may use my real name. . . .

I believe we are in a very special area indeed, and I have met many people who ended up around here but had no idea why! I am originally from Miami, Florida and have been here for almost 30 years now after being drawn here by a “feeling” long ago. I had an auto detailing business some years ago in Cashiers at the EXXON and so I know the area pretty well, and have no doubt that it is a '”special” area indeed. Have a great day and I hope you enjoy reading about our experience.

Rural motorcyclist witness to massive triangle UFO

In early (March) of 1986 we were married about six months and living in a cabin in Jackson County, NC in the Adie community. The road leading home is the Old Sylva Highway; a two lane country road, and it was about 11 p.m. that night.

There was no other traffic, which was normal at that hour, and we were slowly cruising home on my motorcycle. Just past the beer distributor (Bud), I looked up at the night sky and noticed that a red light was just coming over head; it was so close overhead that I was startled. I pulled the Yamaha over to the side of the road and we pulled our helmets off.

massive triangle UFO
Coming from south to north was a triangular craft, with a red light at each tip. It was no more than about 100 yards above us, and the red lights were at least 100 yards in between each one, forming a perfect triangle. It was massive - huge. I was experiencing a gut fear; it looked so heavy, so massive, that I was having a primal fear that if it set straight down we would be reduced to a smear on the ground. I recall thinking, "My God, I could hit it with a pistol!!" and then "I could hit it with a strong bow!!" That’s how low it was.

I could not see the sky between the lights, but could not make out a definite outline of the craft either…but the red lights never varied in position and were traveling "flat," meaning that one red light was at the "front" of the thing and the other two were at the rear. . . it was moving north.

Just to make sure that I was not having some mental issue, I began immediately asking my wife to tell me what she was seeing…doing a "reality check" of sorts, to make sure that I was not misinterpreting what was happening. But, she was seeing exactly the same thing and related it perfectly in accordance with what I was seeing.

The craft came over us

The craft was totally silent. No noise at all. It was moving very slowly, maybe 5-10 mph at most, just "drifting" over us, if something that looked as if it weighed a million tons could "drift." It had a "feeling" about it; not bad, but intelligently controlled. I could "feel" that it was occupied and flown purposefully. The craft came over us and began moving slowly away to the north.

It gained in altitude as we watched, and at a point when it was perhaps 500 feet up or so, it STOPPED, TURNED THE ONE FRONT FACING RED LIGHT UP TO THE TOP OF THE ARRAY, WITH THE OTHER TWO AT THE BOTTOM, AND CARTWHEELED OFF INTO THE EASTERN SKY!!!

That really blew us away. We were stunned and began talking about how the occupants had "buzzed" us intentionally. It seemed to us that the craft had spotted a lone motorcycle on the road and decided to play with us a bit. There is no way that this was not done with purpose.

Had the lights been off, we would no doubt have not seen anything. Had the craft not come so low that it caused a fear reaction, we might not have been attracted to it in such detail; it was as if it WANTED to be seen, and the cartwheeling at the end was a sort of "goodbye" from the operators, whom I imagined were having a good laugh at how we must be changing our drawers after such an event!!

I would be happy to relate this to someone that could plot the event on paper, and it was for sure one of the most incredible things ever to happen to us. I had about an entire 90 seconds to experience this after we stopped until it was totally out of sight, so I got a good look at the thing. I have no idea as to who was operating it, but my gut tells me it was anti-gravity for sure, probably back engineered and likely flown by humans.

I did not get the feeling through this that we were being surveilled by aliens; rather, it seemed to be a goof, someone blowing a couple of motorcyclist’s minds for a laugh. At least, that's the impression I got. The cartwheeling was no doubt intended to be seen and it was so unusual that it could only be attributed to a purposeful event.

Sky ship 100 feet above highway

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this testimony from Susan Anspacher of Sylva, NC the day after she saw her first sky ship on July 20, 2010. Her sighting was south of Dillsboro which is about 20 miles in a straight line from Cashiers, NC.

Even though I’ve always believed sky ships were real, I’d never seen one until I was driving home on July 20, 2010. I was headed south on highway 441 about 9:40 p.m. As I came upon the Exxon station just south of Dillsboro, I had a strong feeling I should look up.

As I turned my eyes toward the black night sky, there it was hovering just 100 feet over the highway between Sutton Branch and Greens Creek roads. It was a narrow, rectangular ship that appeared to be about 50 to 60 feet wide and 20 feet high. The ship had dim lights in no particular order. There were maybe four or five long, vertical lights. The ship hovered at a slight angle as though it might be circling or perhaps seeking a place to land.

I heard a loud, screeching noise behind it – like the sound of a jumbo jet about to land. The thought crossed my mind that military jets might be chasing it. Of course, jets can’t fly that low and would have been forced to abruptly regain altitude. That might account for the noise. Since I didn’t feel safe stopping at night to observe it, I passed under the ship and drove on home.

My immediate feeling upon seeing the ship was one of wonder. I felt surprisingly calm and also experienced a light tingling sensation. Reflecting back on the experience, it was an answer to a week-long request to see a ship for myself. What an honor to actually see one!

Orange orbs observed near Highlands

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this testimony on July 24, 2010 from George Poirier. It’s about orange orbs he saw near Highlands, NC which is immediately west of Cashiers.

On the evening of June 18, 2010 at approximately 9:30 p.m., I and five friends were sitting on the deck of a home on Panther Mountain outside Highland, NC and observed six to eight bright orange orbs blinking on and off in the trees adjacent to the property. They were larger than softballs, maybe up to eight inches in diameter. The bright color orange was very clear and well defined. This was observed by myself and two others in our party and lasted for about 15 minutes. We all experienced feelings of euphoria and elation. Our intuition was that we were being acknowledged by loving and benevolent light beings.

Anyone see an orange ball over Lake Glenville?

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this testimony on July 12, 2010 from a pilot who saw a UFO over Lake Glenville on July 3, 2010. He wonders if anyone else saw what he saw. If you did, please contact this website.

On the night of July 3, 2010 about 10 p.m., I saw something that very well could have been a UFO and I’m curious if you had any other reports.

I am a co-pilot for an airline out of Atlanta and have lots of flying time. I know what aircraft look like at night – and what they don’t look like at night.

My family has a lake house on Lake Glenville and my girlfriend and I were sitting on the dock. The UFO was moving NW to SE about 50 mph over the lake. I’m guessing it was about 2,000 feet above the lake. It was an orange glowing ball that would slowly dim just a little bit and then get brighter in about five second intervals. It was completely silent with no engine or jet noise. It flew over us and continued to pass behind the house where I couldn’t see it anymore.

The description would be hard to explain in writing, but minus a couple small details of the front of the aircraft, it seemed to be mostly circular. There were definitely no navigation, strobe or beacon lights to this aircraft.

I would love a response if there were any other sightings that night or something similar in a reasonable time line.

Anyone see a triangular ship over Bryson City?

EDITOR’S NOTE: We received this testimony about a triangular ship over Bryson City, NC from Sally Morrissey on July 15, 2010 -- two years after her actual sighting. She’s searching for others who may have seen it. Please contact this website if you saw it, too.

We are in Bryson City. In July 2008, we saw a UFO. I had always believed there was probably something else out there because too many credible people have said they have seen things. But it kind of changes your whole life when you actually see it yourself.

When we first saw it, we had gone to town to pick something up at the grocery store and were on our way home. It was dusk. We were on Buckner Branch and not long after crossing the railroad tracks we looked up to our left and saw a HUGE triangular shaped thing hovering in the sky. It made no noise at all even though it was very close to us and low in the sky. It was just above an empty lot that someone had dug out. It’s odd for something that large to be hovering that close and low and totally silent. It terrified us all so much.

We slowed down and watched it for a minute, then just wanted to get out of there since there was no one else around. The road was lonely and we were still a few miles from home. I have never been so afraid in my life. It looked way too big and too low to the ground to be able to just hover in one place. It had lights around it.

We flew home as fast as we could and got inside. Shortly thereafter, I went to Google to try and see if other people had seen it and posted about it. I found other sightings but nothing about this one. I'm sure that someone somewhere must have seen it since it was so large. If you have heard about anyone else seeing this, please let me know.

Beyond simple UFO sights

Glynis Heenan and her daughter, Devon, never saw a UFO until the summer of 2008. Since then, their sightings are too numerous to count. In this video, Glynis talks about some of her more phenomenal experiences that go far beyond simple sightings.

We'd like to thank Beck Horne for taping this video.

We received the following testimony on August 26, 2009 from Sim Hickman who lives in Glenville, NC, which is immediately north of Cashiers.

Three Moving Lights over Cashiers

I normally am not skeptical of much, but I do have to admit that for many years I was a bit leery of UFOs – or whatever they might be called. That said, recent events have somewhat altered my perception of these phenomena, and I have opened my mind to the possibility that there are things we just don’t fully understand.

August 23, 2009 was a Saturday, and about 11 p.m. after a night of karaoke, a friend, her daughter and her daughter’s friend and I went to her Cashiers’ home and decided to stargaze from her rooftop deck. The night was crystal clear with the stars and planets illuminating the sky; literally not a cloud in the sky. Venus was just rising and, as usual, was the brightest object in the sky, resting just over the mountains that surround the house.

As our eyes perused this majestic scene, we all noticed that one particular point of light in the sky seemed to be moving. After a brief discussion, we concluded that it was in motion, but as it was very far away, we could not discern exactly what it was. We did agree that it was white with a slight yellow hue, that it was moving slowly but steadily, and that it stopped and started from time to time.

Furthermore, we observed that it did not travel very far, only moving a very short distance in the sky, and not always in the same direction. Finally, after watching this for several minutes, it began to dim, and then disappeared as we were looking at it. It then reappeared about 10 seconds later in a slightly different location. This happened 2 or 3 times.

This whole situation sparked a heated discussion/debate and at that point, we decided that we could not decide what we had seen. It was then we saw two more objects in the same area of the sky do the exact same things as the first one. In all the years I have been camping and looking up into the sky, this is the first time I’ve seen anything like what I saw. Through the process of elimination, we became convinced of the following:

It was not a star; too bright, not twinkling, and it moved,
It was not a plane; it changed direction and went to and fro,
It was not a planet; it was bright enough, but it moved,
It was not a meteor or asteroid since it changed direction.

This left only a few possibilities: some type of satellite that was moving independently, a “spy” plane of some type, or a UFO. I feel like I don’t truly know what it was, just what it was not. I know what I saw and how the objects acted and appeared, and it was unlike anything I have seen before. It makes me wonder what is out there, and certainly has put an end to my skepticism.

Military Goggles Reveal Real Star Wars

We received the following e-mail testimony on August 23, 2009 from John Warnhoff who lives in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Ed Grimsley has for years watched events occurring above our heads. He uses infra-red night-vision goggles issued to our military. He purchases them at military surplus stores and has learned the most recent issues do a better job than the older generation ones.

The protocol for using the goggles is to begin viewing the sky just before dusk and into the early night hours, or in the very early morning hours before dawn. Standing with ones back to the moon and focusing on just one patch of sky usually produces the best results.

What one can see through the goggles is unbelievable. They reveal activity up to 500 miles into space. Our military personnel are not authorized to speak to others about what they see through the night-vision goggles.

This past February 23-27, 2009 in Laughlin, Nevada during the International UFO Congress, perhaps as many as 100 people looked through the goggles to observe the night sky activity. My wife, Beth, our friend Elaine Jarvis and I were among those people.

We were fortunate to see objects which first appeared as stars but due to their erratic movements soon challenged traditional beliefs. Some “stars” grew in size, stopped, reversed directions, made abrupt, sharp angle turns and traveled at what seemed to be extremely rapid speeds.

We saw what appeared to be one “star” chasing another. We then saw bursts of light emanating from one and directed toward another. Finally, we saw a brilliant burst of light as the beam of light from one “star” caught up to the one being chased. Ed told us that was the destruction of one craft by another. Star Wars!

Many theories abound about what we saw. Many different interpretations are developed to explain this phenomenon. I do not know which ones are correct and which ones are mere speculations. I only know what we saw. My understanding is that anyone can see this phenomenon through the goggles because many people in multiple locations already have done so.

There is one final thing to all this. Some of the stationary objects were quite large and had smaller objects emanating from them. Ed said those were mother ships, like aircraft carriers transporting fighter craft.

All this night sky activity directly above our heads has been happening sporadically for many years. However, the tempo seems to be increasing and now it has accelerated to an alarming pace.

I leave each of you to determine what all this means. All I know is that I saw it.

Satellite Watchers See Possible Sky Ships

Debbie Krause, who lives near Maggie Valley and Waynesville, NC, sent in the following e-mail on Wednesday, July 8, 2009.

We have a house on top of a mountain in the woods near Maggie Valley and Waynesville. At 11:00 p.m. (July 7, 2009), my husband and I were outside looking into the sky for satellites. We see them pretty often. Then, we saw one and about 2 inches behind it, we saw another one following it. It maintained the same distance from the other one. They were like very bright stars. They were moving from Southwest to Northeast; the opposite direction of satellites. They moved in that direction for a couple of seconds, then appeared to turn to the left. They had no blinking lights like an airplane. Their turn to the left may have just been that they turned out toward space because both lights dimmed at that time. They then passed behind a cloud and did not reemerge.

Could you please let me know if you have had any similar sightings recently? Thank you.

We received the following e-mail on May 27, 2009 from Daniel Draffin, 18, who lives immediately north of Cashiers in Glenville, North Carolina.

My name is Daniel Draffin. I live in Glenville and I stumbled over your video on youtube.

Recently, I believe I saw a UFO near my house. I saw it on Bee Tree Road in a field while sitting in my truck. Compared to my thumb, I would say it was about half the size of a grain of rice. However, I could not identify the elevation due to the way it moved. I saw it over the mountains and then behind the trees on the ridge top. It came back out at a different angle and then when I looked at my phone to turn the camera on, it was gone.

The UFO should have been within two inches of the original destination when I looked back up, but it was nowhere in sight. I now have a 12 mega-pixel camera and am going to be looking for more craft in my spare time. I am a firm believer that there are UFOs in this area…My grandmother has reported seeing UFOs as well.

Contact White House about ET Disclosure

This website fully endorses the following suggestion that was received on February 26, 2009 by someone identifying himself as “Major”.

Anyone reading “Sky Ships Over Cashiers” most likely wants the government to come clean about sky ships and extraterrestrials.

With change being initiated by President Obama more than by Congress, I would suggest that everyone encourage the president to push for full disclosure about these realities. This can be done through the Internet by entering White House Contact and then typing in a message.

There always is strength in numbers, so family and friends also should be encouraged to campaign for disclosure.

Brown Mountain Lights Like Cherokee Lights

On February 19, 2009, the following testimony was received from Don Cooper who lives in Spruce Pine, NC. He has researched the Brown Mountain Lights for many years and lectured on them at the Brown Mountain Lights Festival.

You might find it interesting to know that the long-famous Brown Mountain Lights seen north of Morganton, North Carolina act like the Cherokee Lights.

Once the Brown Mountain Lights (BMLs) came within 12 feet of me and several other people. They were yellow and the size of softballs. Three appeared one after the other about 30 seconds apart.
The most spectacular display of the BMLs was witnessed by about 20 of us from the Wiseman Overlooks near Linville, NC on October 15, 2005. First, we saw a sustained yellow ball of light we thought was a campfire by the river in the gorge below. About 10 minutes later that “campfire” shot up into the air and crossed the river. Second, we observed the appearance of yellow and white lights at various spots on the mountains across the gorge. Third, we watched a red light, which we thought was a tower beacon, for about 20 minutes and then it shot up into the air and disappeared.

On another occasion, 14 women watched a BML traverse from Table Rock Mountain toward Hawksbill Mountain and then it came across the gorge and stopped right in front of them. The women telepathically asked it to pose for a photo which it seemed to do.

Those who have had these kind of experiences sense of personality or intelligence to the Brown Mountain Lights.

This is the CLOSEST ENCOUNTER with a Sky Ship yet reported to this website. It was received on January 17, 2009 from Geraldine Collins who lives about 20 miles north of Cashiers in Sylva, NC.

About a decade ago, I was at a friend’s house on Cope Creek on Sylva’s east side for a Thanksgiving dinner party. At one point during the evening, my girl friend Laura and I went outside to get a breath of air. It was a very cold, crisp and clear night and we had a wonderful panoramic view of the Balsam Mountains. We were just talking and looking toward the mountains when suddenly two huge balls of light shot straight up from the tree line one right after the other. Each was a golden ball with a white aura of light around it. At arm’s length, they appeared to be the size of a lemon or a lime compared to my thumb.

“Did you see that?” I asked Laura. “Yes, what was that?” she responded.

We watched the balls travel east toward Asheville, then one of them made a 90-degree turn. I don’t know of any man-made aircraft that can do that. Next it tracked back toward us and then just disappeared. Not five minutes later, I could feel a presence and looked up above my head and there was this huge craft about 30 or 40 feet above us. I bent my head all the way back and the craft filled my whole field of vision. I couldn’t see any of the sky.

Laura and I were just standing there with our mouths open looking at this thing hovering over us. All of a sudden I realized there was no sound, which really astonished me. I remember looking at Laura and whispering “There’s no sound. There’s no sound.” Her eyes were as big as moons. We were just mesmerized.

The craft was in shades of charcoal gray but not as dark as the night sky. It seemed like it was made of a mat-finished metal. I didn’t see any kind of lights but I did notice a kind of texture to the craft’s underbelly and it had something like bolts or rivets that were kind of large.

The craft hovered over us for about five minutes, then it just disappeared. It didn’t fly away or shoot away, it just disappeared. We stood there and scanned the sky for several minutes and we couldn’t see anything, hear anything or smell anything. The craft was there and then it wasn’t there. The whole episode, from when we first saw the balls shooting up from the tree line, lasted about 15 to 20 minutes.

I didn’t get any bad feelings about the experience, I didn’t feel fear at all. It was a totally peaceful feeling. It was just like the craft came to show itself to us like it was saying hello.

Glynis Heenan looks up at the sky every evening since she saw her first Sky Ship on June 28, 2008 – and it’s paid off. She frequently sees rainbow-colored Sky Ships but occasionally silver-white and gold ones. This is her third report of a golden ball of light in the sky, but this time her experience was different.

Gold Ball of Light

It was Wednesday night, November 19, 2008, about 8:15 p.m. I went outside to look at the sky, which I do every evening since I first saw a Sky Ship on June 28th. As I looked to the west-southwest, I noticed a gold light coming from Mountain Top which is a ridge-top community near my home. I thought “that just can’t be because there’s nobody living there up there now.” This time of year the residents have all gone back to the summer lands along the coast.

The light kept blinking in and out between the top branches of the trees that surround my house. As I walked further into my front yard, I finally got a view of the whole thing. It was a gold ball of light that was brighter and more intensely gold than the ones I saw over Lake Glenville on October 3rd and October 6th. It also had three rays of golden light coming down from the bottom half of it. This was the first time I’ve seen rays of light coming down from any of the Sky Ships.

Next I tried to telepathically communicate with the ship. First, I asked if it would blink on and off. It immediately did that twice but just for a flash each time. Then I asked it to come closer. At that point, the Sky Ship was smaller than my thumb at arm’s length, but after my telepathic request, it instantly was larger than my thumb. The rays of light also got larger and brighter when it came toward me. I was exhilarated. When you see and experience something like that, it’s exhilarating. I watched it for about 30 minutes until I just got too cold to stay outside.

This is the most ACTION-PACKED testimony reported so far to the website. It was received on December 3, 2008 from Emory Prescott who lives on the Balsam Ridge about 25 miles north of Cashiers, NC.

Living up where we do, we are exposed to so much sky. Our house and five-acre yard are clear of trees and face due south, or in the direction of Cashiers. There is a good 180-degree view panning from Double Top Mountain on our east side to Greens Creek towers in the west. The town of Sylva sits below. We see meteors, shooting stars, the hospital’s medical helicopter, space shuttles, satellites, jets and an occasional small plane landing at the Jackson County Airport in Cullowhee. Our view of the night sky is clear and vast.

One particular evening in late summer of 2004 or 2005, my husband’s son and mother were outside on the deck with me eating dinner and relaxing at the table. It was dusk and the sky was clear. Suddenly we saw it. It hovered in the sky to the south-southwest. It seemed to be near the old bald side of Cullowhee Mountain. It was orange, bright orange and triangular in shape. There was a ball of orange light at each corner of the ship. It just stayed there, suspended in the sky for the longest time. We all noticed it, saw it stay in the same spot and thought it odd that it didn’t move away.

We started discussing it, while it continued to suspend in our sight, considering military developments and trial testing of unusual crafts. Wouldn’t it be a good place to practice flying them here in the corner of Western North Carolina with a limited human population – fewer spotters we thought. But the shape and unusual orange color were so different from the red, green or white we were all used to seeing and it just hovered for the longest time. It simply didn’t fit the mold for any type of airship we’d ever seen.

No one counted the time officially, but we all agreed the hovering phase lasted around two minutes. Then all of a sudden, like it knew we were there, it flew straight toward us at such a rapid speed and went directly over the house.

It landed, or appeared to have landed, on the property just up the mountain behind us. We went to the back side of the house to follow it, trying to see through the trees. All we could see was a HUGE orange glow in the woods above our home.

Then the phone rang. Two of our friends down the mountain called and said, “Emory, is your house on fire? Are the woods on fire near your house? We see a blaze of orange. It looks like it’s right where you are. Are you okay?”

“We’re fine,” I replied. “We see it, too. We think it’s a spaceship. We’ve been watching it for awhile.”

Crazy, I know, but I got in the car. My brave stepson insisted he was coming with me. Together we drove up the mountain to try to catch sight of we don’t know what – maybe wreckage. But there wasn’t anything. It was gone. No orange glow. No smoke. No smell. No ship. We still don’t know what we saw that night but we all saw it.

On November 7, 2008, we received the following update from Glynis Heenan who went public this summer about her multiple Sky Ship sightings over Cashiers, NC. Her most recent website report was about her sighting in Waynesville on August 28 which also was witnessed by three other people.

Silver Lights Over Franklin

Since my first sighting on June 28, 2008, I have seen Sky Ships almost daily. Usually, they are the ones that pulsate rainbow colors. I’ve also seen bright silver ones in the direction of Franklin, which is west of Cashiers. All those have been bigger than a star and smaller than my thumb at arm’s length.

Golden Balls of Light Over Lake

Then on two occasions, I’ve seen golden balls of light over Glenville Lake. Those really caught my eye because they were so low over the lake. The first time I saw one was on October 3, 2008 at about 9:30 p.m. The second one I saw at dusk or about 7 p.m. on October 6. Both times I saw the golden balls of light from a place known locally as “The Point” which juts into the lake from the Eagle’s Nest Community.

Scout Ships?

Most recently I watched activity in the sky I haven’t seen before. It was the evening of November 6, 2008 starting between 7:30 and 7:45 p.m. It lasted about 20 minutes. I was looking to the southwest from my home in Cashiers.

During that time, I observed a pulsating rainbow light that stayed in the same spot and two moving white lights. The one that really kept my attention would blink in and out of view and seemed to be headed directly at the pulsating rainbow light. I actually thought it was going to crash into it. Instead, it seemed to go right through the rainbow light and then reappeared on the other side of it. The second white light went away from the pulsating rainbow light toward Franklin. Because there’s so much written about UFO scout ships going out from large mother ships, and I had to wonder if that was what I saw.

Since my first sighting, I make a point of looking up both day and night and would encourage more people to do that. They, too, might see something that’s out of this world.

On November 1, 2008 we received the following testimony from Mary Joyce who lives in Sylva, North Carolina, which is about 20 miles north of Cashiers. It’s the second report to this website of a UFO observed from the Harris Regional Hospital complex which is near Exit 85 of Highway 74.

I’ve seen UFOs in other states, but not once in the ten years I’ve lived in North Carolina – until October 31, 2008. It was my Halloween surprise.

As I drove by the WestCare section of Harris Regional Hospital heading south into Sylva, I looked up and saw a very bright, white, round object in the sky. It was high in the sky and directly in front of me. It was two to three times bigger than a star but didn’t twinkle like a star. It caught my eye because the sky was clear blue and the sun was brightly shining. There absolutely were no stars in the sky.

I observed the UFO from the north side of the hospital until just before I turned into the parking lot for The Dollar General Store and Sav Mor grocery. It didn’t move during that time. When it did disappear, it simply blinked out. I then looked at my watch and it was 5:07 p.m. This was two days before Daylight Savings Time started so the sun still was way above the horizon. The whole observation time was less than a minute.

On October 18, 2008, we received the following testimony from Teena Glass who lives in Sylva, NC. Her home is below Pinnacle Point on the Balsam Ridge about 20 miles north of Cashiers. Headings have been added to her testimony by the website for easier reading.

New Sound Over Sylva

For the last few months, I’ve been paying attention to a new sound in the sky. It’s a very low and heavy sound that moves very slowly. I’m 47 years old and have lived near airports much of my life, including a naval air training base and beneath major commercial flight routes. This new sound I’ve been hearing over Sylva is not like any plane I’ve ever heard – and I know the sound of twin-engine planes, small and big jets, weather planes, transport planes, fighter jets and helicopters.

Whenever I hear this new sound, I run outside to look for the source. There’s a pasture on the other side of my house with a fabulous view of the sky and the Balsam Mountain Range. Finally, late one afternoon in the middle of September (2008), I saw the source of the sound. It was a silvery, oblong-looking thing. It was fatter than a jet and cigar shaped. It had a very short vapor trail that split like a snake’s tongue. The sound came from Balsam and flew slowly over me going toward the west.

Most UFO reports don’t mention sounds and vapor trails, so what I saw could have been an advanced military craft.

Seven UFOs Perform Over Sylva

A few weeks later, I was driving toward Sylva from Balsam on Highway 74 with my 19-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son. At about Ochre Hill, we suddenly saw what looked like distant jets flying in all directions – like a cluster of bees. We counted seven. We stopped several times trying to take pictures. We clearly saw little things zooming through the air. Each one had two very short vapor trails behind it. A jet has only one vapor trail that’s much longer.

The UFOs were moving in odd directions. They weren’t going east to west or north to south. There were two coming at each other; two going away from each other; one that looked like it was going straight up; one looked like it was going straight down toward the Earth. Then they took off in different directions. All three of us saw the same thing.

Then we got off Highway 74 and stopped at the WestCare area of the hospital in Sylva. We just sat in a clear area of the parking lot and watched one go over us. It was very shiny, sort of an oval or a cigar shape, silver or gray. It was very reflective of the sun which was low in the western sky. This one also had two very short, two-line trails coming out the back of it.

The three of us decided we weren’t seeing jets or anything we were familiar with. We observed all this about 10 minutes altogether.

David Pannell, who has lived in Western North Carolina all his life, has seen UFOs on many occasions since he was a teen. Each sighting was unique and each one was within a 35-mile radius of Cashiers. For easier reading, headings have been added to his testimony, which this website received on October 12, 2008.

Mysterious Cherokee Lights

I first saw unexplained balls of light in the sky about 14 years ago in Cherokee. I was with two buddies and we decided to check out a place where so many people have seen mysterious lights. It’s a pretty well known spot.

To get there, you get on the Parkway from 441 in Cherokee. After the first tunnel, you pull off at the first turnoff on the left and park your car with your lights pointing into the valley. Then you just flash your car lights a couple of times and wait a few minutes.

Well we did that and suddenly the night sky filled with little lights – 20 or 30 of these things just flying around at one time. They were moving so quickly that you couldn’t actually count them. When we first saw them, you could easily cover up each light with your thumb extended at arm’s length.

Then the guy who was still in the truck just laid down on the horn and blew it real loud. Immediately, one of the orbs started coming directly toward us. By the time it was getting to us, it looked like a beach ball, maybe a little bigger. We didn’t wait for it to get on top of us. We got in the truck and got out of there. Since then, I’ve seen them at that spot at other times.

Sighting Over Franklin

About 11 years ago, I had my second UFO experience. It was dark and I was getting off work in Franklin. As I was getting a drink out of a machine at the gas station, I had a feeling to look up to my left and there it was. Once I spotted it, it flew off to the west. It was high up in the sky but clearly not a shooting star or an airplane. If I used my thumb at arm’s length, my thumb would have covered it.

Triangular Craft Over Western Carolina University

My third UFO sighting was about three years ago. That one was massive. I was driving toward Western Carolina University through the Catamount Gap just north of campus. I actually had a friend with me and we both saw it. It was absolutely huge. If I were to use my thumb to determine its size, my thumb would have been a fly speck on the UFO. That’s how big it was.

The UFO came from the direction of the Jackson County Airport and was traveling toward the campus. It was just gliding low and slow between those two points. There was no sound. It was triangular in shape. It had three white lights, one at each point of the triangle. They didn’t strobe like lights on an airplane. The UFO blocked out the stars. It blocked out everything in the sky. If I hadn’t been driving, I could have kept a much closer eye on it, but I would say I watched it for a good two minutes before it glided away to the east in the direction of Balsam Ridge.

Cullowhee Mountain Sighting

Then in May or June of 2007, I saw a UFO approximately four miles up Cullowhee Mountain on the Glenville side. We were just hanging out having a cookout at a friend’s home one night and something shot across the sky. This one was more like a cigar shape. It was going really fast, but it was not a shooting star. Shooting stars leave a trail all the way and then dissipate. This one never did. It went straight across the sky. It was flying at a high altitude and if I hadn’t looked up just at the right time, I wouldn’t have seen it. A friend also saw it.

Not long after that, the couple who lives there saw a UFO from the same place. They said it came up over the horizon in the Franklin direction. It just came up and sat in the air for about two hours. Then it moved about 45 degrees in the sky and sat there for awhile and then moved to a third location where it hovered again. My friends just sat and watched it move around.

Second Sighting at Western Carolina University

The last UFO I saw was in September of this year (2008) when I was leaving my sister’s house one evening. I looked up in the direction of Western and saw something sitting there in the sky. It looked like it was a strobing light. I followed it and when I got to the traffic light at Western’s main entrance, I pulled off the road so I could get a better look.

The UFO was just above the tree line. It definitely was not a star. You never see a star repeating a light pattern. It was flashing the same distinct light pattern of blue, white, purple, red all the way around. I looked at other stars just to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me, and over to the left of it there was another one that was doing the same thing. Both were bigger than a star but my thumb would have covered either one of them so they were a good distance off. The next night I went back to the same place and they weren’t there.

This is the first report to this website about a CROP CIRCLE in Cashiers. It was received on October 4, 2008 from Mike Bass and Alisha Priebe who once lived in Cashiers.

My friend Alisha and I stumbled upon a crop circle at the base of Yellow Mountain in Cashiers in June of 1993. We had spontaneously decided to go on a walk in the woods and check out an old spring head. To get there, we walked through a Christmas tree farm that hadn’t been taken care of in about three seasons.

At the end of the field, where the tractor turns around, there was a big open area where there weren’t any Christmas trees. The grass had grown up to about 4.5 feet so we were wading through deep grass. Then all of a sudden we walked into a circle of nothing.

Where the grass was standing up, it was perfectly straight up, but within the circle the grass was firmly mashed down into about a 3-inch pancake. There was no transition of frayed grass. It was just a wall of grass surrounding a flattened circle of grass that was about 40 feet in diameter. This was a perfect circle. It was not oblong in any way.

The grass was spun around the center of the circle. The flattened grass was still alive. It hadn’t begun to stand back up. The circle must have been formed within a day of us seeing it. We hung out there for about five minutes, kind of in awe.

Somebody can watch a special on the Discovery Channel about extraterrestrials or UFOs or Area 51, but it’s still something speculative, but if you see something like we saw, then you have no doubts. We already believed that basically we’ve been created by extraterrestrials or we’re relatives of extraterrestrials, so it’s easy to believe that they had landed at the base of Yellow Mountain.

It was a strange thing, though, that we didn’t call anybody. We didn’t take any pictures. We didn’t call the newspapers. It wasn’t because we feared that people would think we were nuts. I felt like there was some kind of psychic communication that said, “Don’t worry about this. Yes, it was us. We’re here but it’s common and it’s not something to make a big deal about. You already believe you’re part of us so that’s it.”

We left the circle with the feeling to just keep on walking, like it didn’t happen. We didn’t even have the inclination or urge to talk about what we’d seen. We just didn’t think about it, period. Then months later, years later, I realized this was like the most special thing that’s ever happened to me in my life.

NOTE FROM ALISHA: Mike described what we saw perfectly accurate, better than I could do. I’m not good at guessing measurements, but he’s the calculator brain and more accurate than I am in describing where, when and how many feet.

The following Sky Ship witness report was received on October 1, 2008 from B.P. who lives halfway between the towns of Sylva and Franklin, North Carolina about 15 miles northwest of Cashiers. The elevation of her home is approximately 3200 feet.

I know people are seeing UFOs or Sky Ships here in the mountains of Western North Carolina more than ever before, but they’re not new to the area. About seven or eight years ago I saw one as I was standing at my kitchen sink. It was early evening but getting dark. I saw the ship through the trees to the west of my home. The view was quite clear because it was early spring and there were no leaves on the trees.

When I glanced out the window and up the hill, I saw bright lights. They were blue, green and red and so bright that I couldn’t tell the actual color or shape of the ship. The ship was huge. From my view, it filled half my kitchen window. It seemed so close that I couldn’t tell if it was hovering or on the ground.

I had a friend from Florida who was staying with me. She got up from her chair when I yelled and she looked out and got a glimpse of it. Then I ran to get my camera and when I came back, it was gone. I was disappointed because I thought nobody would ever believe me.

Early the next morning at first light, I drove up to where I thought the ship had been. I didn’t see any indentations or anything on the ground. I haven’t seen another ship since then.

HR from Waynesville, NC sent the following witness testimony which was e-mailed on September 19, 2008.

On August 28, 2008, my wife and 2 friends were on our front drive and we noticed in the southwest sector of the sky an object with several colors of lights. It appeared like it was hovering, but at times would move up and down, at other times it would move sideways. The lights seemed to “pulse.” We observed the object for about 30 minutes and were amazed at what we were seeing.

My wife and I had seen a similar sighting several years ago while traveling late one evening through the state of Utah. When you look up and see such a wondrous thing, it makes you realize that we are not alone in this wondrous universe. We are all connected.

Someone sent the following information that was posted on a Canadian-based UFO website (www.ufodigest.com) on September 8, 2008 about a massive UFO appearance predicted for October 14, 2008 over Alabama. Whether humans or extraterrestrials are behind this possible event, the Alabama “stage” may have been chosen because the huge U.S. Space and Rocket Center is located in Huntsville.

Blossom Goodchild’s Predicted Mass UFO Sighting:
Will it Force Disclosure to Occur?

“Like wildfires in the Australian outback, rumors of an upcoming mass televised UFO sighting over American skies are taking the Internet by storm. Blossom Goodchild, an Aussie actress and author, has the international Ufology community on its ear with channeled information concerning the eminent appearance of a massive extraterrestrial spacecraft for October 14th, 2008. Calling themselves “The Federation of Light,” these Beings from another world have stated to Goodchild that they intend not only to make themselves known, but also to remain more or less in place for a full 72 hour period, thereby providing the media with ample opportunity to once and for all capture on film evidence that will silence the skeptics and debunkers forever. The predicted rendezvous point? Alabama. Whoa.

“And here’s the kicker; she isn’t the only one making the prediction. Unbeknownst perhaps even to themselves, statements made by other individuals in the past corroborate her findings, one of these being immortalized on paper by Dannion Brinkley. In his latest book (entitled Secrets of the Light and published in 2004) on page 222 Brinkley says: ‘By the year 2008, the fact that we are not alone in the universe will be made undeniably clear to everyone on the planet. With millions of planets and billions of stars, I cannot fathom how we could ever thought in any other terms. However, for those who have doubted, the extraterrestrials will make themselves known. I believe they feel they have no choice but to show themselves as we verge on self-annihilation, genocide and toxic poisoning. The truth of our inter-galactic lineage will become common knowledge. If I am to believe the vision, the truth of our inter-galactic lineage will cause humanity to take one wild ridge.’

“A few things stand out in all of this. For one, it is rather unusual for channels and mediums to give exact dates and places for events to occur – let alone the appearance of an alien spacecraft…Not in this case. Goodchild is adamant and steadfast on the date…”

BJ from Asheville sent the following letter which was received September 6, 2008.

Readers of “Sky Ships Over Cashiers” need to know about Dr. Werner Von Braun’s warnings about governmental deceptions regarding aliens. He’s considered the father of the U.S. space program so his warnings should be heeded.

During the last years of his life when he was dying of cancer (died 1977), he tried to prevent the U.S. government from weaponizing space. He felt the idea was dumb, dangerous and destabilizing. He also said the government had a sequential plan to control the masses through fear so ultimately they would support the weaponization of space.

At that time, there was the Cold War and the government made people fearful of the Communists. Von Braun said that would be followed by fear of terrorists, then by 3rd world crazies, asteroids and finally extraterrestrials.

I encourage people to read Dr. Carol Rosin’s report about this in Dr. Steven Greer’s book Disclosure (starting on page 255).

The following two reports are from people who witnessed the same Sky Ship on August 28, 2008 in Waynesville, NC, which is about 30 miles in a straight line from Cashiers.

REPORT ONE: On Thursday, August 28, 2008, I was at a Quantum biofeedback meeting with three friends in Waynesville, North Carolina. During that time, I had been asked about my Sky Ship (UFO) sightings in Cashiers. One of the things I emphasized was the importance of using our natural telepathic ability to communicate with our Sky Ships from afar which are here to help protect the planet from complete annihilation.

Then when we left the building sometime after 10 p.m., to our amazement, we looked up to see the Sky Ship we had unconsciously communicated with. I then telepathically asked the Sky Ship to come closer and all four of us witnessed the occurrence.

The Sky Ship was in the southeastern sky and we observed it for 10 to 15 minutes, then it disappeared into the clouds. With my arm outstretched, it was the size of my thumb and looked like a horizontal oval. It was emitting vivid rainbow colors. I was so overcome by its appearance right after talking about telepathically communicating with Sky Ships that I actually had body chills and felt weak in my knees. I was in awe at what we experienced.

REPORT TWO: On the 28th of August 2008, I was privileged, along with several colleagues, to witness my first UFO. At approximately 10:10 p.m., we were standing in the drive of a friend’s home in the Laurel Ridge area of Waynesville. I saw looking toward Balsam (a mountain ridge) a 3-4 story large cylinder object in the sky. It had three lights on the right side and three lights on the left. It also seemed to have an illuminated area on the bottom. It very much looked like my 3-tray stackable food dehydrator.

While the 4 of us observed it, I noted it would quite suddenly drop and then quickly go to the right. It also made sudden movements horizontally. At about 10:30 p.m., I left Laurel Ridge to drive out to Balsam to get a better view, but the UFO hid under the clouds and I did not see it again.

This is my first experience and I’m glad that 3 others witnessed it, too. It was a beautiful sight and I was really drawn to it.

The following e-mail was received on August 26, 2008 from Mobius, a paranormal investigator. His website is www.paranormal-investigation.com

You need to get a copy of Capturing The Light and watch it. You will see the same ships as (Stephenville) Texas and an amazing documentary. Look for it on Amazon. . . . We have received reports of tons of sightings at SpeakingOfStrange.com broadcasting on WWNC (570 AM) Saturday 8-11 P.M. out of Asheville.

Look in the blue of the sky on the left and right. This is called SKY FISHING and 100s of people in WNC doing this are finding these anomalies. I suggest you put out the word about Sky Fishing and take photos in the blue areas of the sky where your intuition says to take photos and suspect you too will find people capturing these craft there. This indeed seems to be a hot spot. I saw one of these light craft with my naked eyes a few weeks ago and (it) was really amazing.

Gene, a retired pilot with more than 6,000 hours of flight time, sent a copy of a letter he wrote in November 2001 to MUFON, a UFO research organization, about two sightings directly over his home in Sylva, North Carolina, which is about 20 miles from Cashiers if measured in a straight line.

On November 8, 2001 at 10 P.M., I walked to the deck in front of my house, looked up at the sky and saw directly over my head a UFO flying North to South at an unknown height. The shape was a rectangle, appearing to me about 12x5 inches traveling like an airplane wing, completely lighted in an orange yellow color with flashing or rotating lights of blue and purple and a blood red bubble which expanded and contracted on the right three inches of this object. There was no sound and I observed this for 5 to 8 seconds.

The next night at about 10 P.M. November 9, 2001, I walked out of the back door of my house and looked toward the heavens and there straight above me was the same or another UFO like I had seen the night before. This time it was flying from East to West which would make the two sightings to intersect over my house here in Sylva in Western North Carolina which is: 35 deg 22 min lat N - 83 deg 16 min long W.

I had been talking to God regarding what the Magi or Wisemen saw that is called a Star in Matthew which they saw two times. Once in the land they came from and then it accompanied them from Jerusalem to Nazareth where "it stopped over the place where the Child was." I am not surmising anything, this just happened to me, and I was "overjoyed" just like the Magians were.

By looking up super novae on the Internet, I got a picture with those colors by searching "Barry Setterfield" who produced the video "The Christmas Star" . . . . The colors in this picture are the same as I saw on the UFO. To see a supernova with all its colors go to www.ldolphin.org/zodiac/ then click on "Signs in the Stars."

NOTE: That is a lower case "L" before "dolphin" in the above website address.
