Why is alien disclosure so hard?

EDITOR’S NOTE:  The following statement is from a man who has had Cosmic Top-Secret security clearance since the mid-1980s.  He advanced from the military, to security for the Department of State, to the umbrella organization that appears to control everything, often called “The Cabal.”

“Basically, there are three forces which are doing everything they can to delay alien disclosure.  You may be shocked to hear that NO alien group is against this but there are three human groups that do not what full disclosure.

“THE FIRST GROUP is composed of certain government agencies and some private companies and think tanks that have participated in horrifying experiments, devilish trades with certain alien groups, and mass betrayal of all humanity.

“Younger people in these groups who are not personally guilty of these atrocities are not against disclosure, but the people who were in charge before the mid-1990s, are guilty and do not want to live out the remainder of their lives on the run. Expect them to oppose disclosure with all their might. On the brighter side, these older ones are losing power and influence and most of their threats are hollow.

“THE SECOND GROUP is composed of individuals who believe their individual wealth would be in danger if disclosure was completely revealed. Energy barons, some multi-millionaires, pretty much all billionaires and royalty are in this group. For those who might be surprised that royalty is part of this group, keep in mind that many royals believe their positions were ordained by God.  Some even believe they were placed in their positions of privilege eons ago by aliens. Expect these individuals to oppose full disclosure but they may support certain aspects of disclosure if it fits their narrative.

“THE THIRD GROUP may surprise you. This is the “society” of alien researchers and reporters - not all but sadly most of them. The issue is that each one of them has pre-conceived ideas of what reality is and will work to discredit anything or anyone who goes against their views.
“Some within this group declare that aliens are benevolent and are waiting to come down and solve all our problems. Others declare that aliens are dangerous. Please consider, as with anything in such a parity situation, that the truth is somewhere in between.

“Regardless of the wishes of the parties above,
disclosure will happen as time goes forward.

“The best advice to those in the first group is to prepare dossiers explaining what they did and why at that time they felt justified in their actions. The second group needs to spend time and money (meaning most of it) to bolster human disparity and lose any notions of superiority. If they don’t, they will lose everything. Members of the last group will lose all credibility if they don’t back off from their extreme positions about aliens.”  

Was gold-rich land secretly bought for government?

May 30, 2018 - Before Disney World was built, the Walt Disney Company bought land in Central Florida through middle men so its plans would remain secret and property owners would not jack up selling prices. 

The arrow points to Rutherford, McDowell and Burke counties in North Carolina where land is being surreptitiously bought from residents who probably don’t know gold may lie beneath their feet. The old Nichols Gold Mine and Lucky Strike Mine are in this area.

According to Scout, “A gaming tech wizard who lives outside Raleigh, NC has managed to purchase a lot of property in the States’ three gold-rich counties that are all adjacent to each other.

“He’s been able to acquire thousands of acres under the guise of ‘preserving land’ or ‘protecting species’ BUT all the parcels are in gold-rich areas in, or on, or in close proximity to the South Mountains in Burke and Rutherford counties and Vein Mountain in McDowell County,” Scout explains. “His biggest preservation purchase in the gold region is Box Creek Wilderness.”

Regarding the Box Creek Wilderness property, Scout says, “I recently talked to a woman who used to work for Rutherford Electric.  This is the company that sued the wizard because he wouldn’t allow access to his land to upgrade service to thousands of its customers.  Rutherford Electric won, but the wizard requested a 30-day notice prior to the company coming on his property.  

 “He also purchased land closer to Chimney Rock off Fibber McGee Road in Rutherford County,” Scout continues. “Roads are laid out for a community but it’s not developed. Oddly, a small dirt road goes up the mountain from there.  It is labeled Gold Trail Point. 
“There are four reasons I think the Federal Government is behind all this land acquisition,” Scout concludes.  “First, the land the wizard purchased has been donated to a Federal agency.  Second, the country is heavily in debt and its creditors are demanding to be paid in gold, not paper currency.  Third, there are many reports that the gold in Fort Knox is gone or nearly gone.  Fourth, we see strange things in the gold region that may indicate military involvement.

“To expand on this fourth point, people have been escorted off certain properties by military-like men.  Then in February of this year, two of us were motorcycling and we both saw an entrance open at the top of Vein Mountain.  We literally could see inside the tunnel-like opening.  It was at a height and size that a helicopter could fly into it. When I went back later, there were no signs of it.”

Earth is caged until further notice

At one point during our meeting with Jack on June 29, 2017, he took a napkin and drew a circle representing Earth.  Then he encased it with multiple outlines of triangles, all at different inclinations.

“Our Earth has been caged,” he declared and then went on to explain.

“Our galaxy – actually all the galaxies – has a governing council which tries to base its decisions on what’s best for everyone, whatever that may be.  Now when mankind developed nuclear weapons, the council became concerned. 

“Today, the Earth is caged until a strong majority of humans determine whether they will align with the good or the bad, the light or the dark.  The decision is ours. The council is not here to judge which way we go.  It’s just blocking everything until it goes one way or the other.  So, until a clear majority makes that choice, those within the cage can’t go beyond a certain distance from the Earth; and those beyond Earth can’t enter the cage.

“After mankind makes a clear choice, the cage will be lifted and mankind will be left with the world of its choice.  Unfortunately, this is not going in a good direction.  People are showing up to be increasingly greedy, self-centered and violent.  Sadly, if the majority of people choose the dark side, they will be exploited, plain and simple, once the cage is lifted.”

Over the years, we’ve read and heard about the Earth being
quarantined but Jack said it is a technical reality.

“The council uses some very sophisticated instruments, if you can call them that,” Jack explained.  “My understanding of these things is they’re actually sentient beings that are like mechanical computers.  They can think and they represent the galactic council.  They keep anything in that’s here already – both the good and the bad - and they keep everything else out until the situation resolves itself either way.”

After getting this information from Jack, it’s worth noting that throughout history great philosophers and religious leaders have stressed the importance, if not the necessity, of choosing good over evil.

The CABAL exposed by high-ranking whistleblower

After a year of checking on us and our website, he had decided he could trust us.  More importantly, he was concerned with what was happening in the world and had decided that it was going to take whistleblowers to get the truth to the public.  He had decided to become one of those whistleblowers.  Here is some of what he shared about the Cabal.

“There is a global organization, a hidden hand, that runs everything.  For simplicity, I’ll refer to it as the Cabal, though those within it have their own name for it.  The organization is structured like a pyramid. The bottom tier would be all the alphabet soup agencies like the CIA and the NSA, plus world political leaders and the Mossad in Israel.

“At the top tier, there are less than 70 people running it all. Despite all their power, they live in fear that the general public and the world will find out about them.  If that were to happen, they are so few in number that they would not be able to pull off all the stuff that they do. They are fully aware of that.

“While those in the second and third tier of the Cabal typically live in luxury and often are well known on the world stage, those at the top tier do not live in big mansions.  The dozen or so that I know personally live in houses that are probably 1600 square feet and drive a Chevrolet or a Buick.  At least one of them that I know lives in an Airstream trailer and has a rather nomadic life. Of course, he has money to spend on anything he wants.  He can enjoy it and throw it away.

“It’s all about power for the top tier.  They have their own agenda, their own income source, their own networks and their own spy networks. They tend to be militaristic people, psychopathic in some ways, and they’re pushing everything to the brink of war.  It is absolutely ridiculous.

ET’s dark plan with the Cabal

“Probably the one thing they really don’t want me to say - and I’m going to say it - is the top tier has negotiated a plan with a group of extraterrestrials.  I’m not joking.  I know people want to laugh when they hear this but it’s absolute truth.

“The top tier gets a lot of its technology and their mind-control methodology from an ET group.  Those ETs have basically promised the Cabal that once the planet becomes theirs, that they will leave the Cabal to run it.

“That actually is not true.  They won’t leave the Cabal to run it.  What they will do is exploit the planet and get all its mineral resources and slave labor. This planet will turn into a Gulag – a slave camp. There wouldn’t be any free people.

“As for the Cabal, the ETs would kill them because they know that
those who turn on their own people cannot be trusted.

“This is not the ETs first merry-go-round ride. They’ve exploited other planets in the universe.  They arrive, get cooperation from a planet’s residents to do their bidding, and then at a later date they just show up and take anything they want.

“By exposing the ET’s dark plan with the Cabal, I hope there are those within the Cabal who will stop the agreement so mankind - including members of the Cabal - will be saved from a totally self-serving race of extraterrestrials.”

Because of simple curiosity, Robert of Ohio, stumbled into a vast and secret underground facility beneath Edwards Air Force Base in California in 1971. It changed his life forever.

He worked ground control at the base and became curious about a hangar that was off in the distance.  He was puzzled because every morning people would enter the hangar and never come back out.

One day, he and a buddy decided to check it out.  They found it empty and wondered “Where did everyone go?”  Then they discovered a stairwell.  At the bottom of the stairs, there was only an elevator. 

Curiosity took over again.  They entered, pressed the button and the elevator shot down 100s of feet like a rollercoaster at an amusement park.  Suddenly, they were in a world of enormous tunnels, roads and saucer-shaped craft.

Up until that point, Robert felt safe exploring because he had Top Secret Clearance.  That abruptly ended when they were confronted by an MP with an M-16 rifle and learned they were in an Above Top Secret area.

“I have a way of knowing that the U.S. government has six UFO-type craft.  One of them crashed on a mountaintop near the little town of Bybee, Tennessee in late March 2016. It was triangular shaped which is the kind the government is producing now.  Only two of the early models were disc shaped.

“I know a couple of people on the police force in Bybee and a fireman.  They said they were called about 2 a.m. and were told there was a helicopter crash.  Within minutes of arriving at the scene, they were told to leave by somebody who showed up out of nowhere with lots of trucks.  I got reports of 30 to 60 trucks. No one knows where they came from.

“The people in the vehicles were all dressed in black uniforms or outfits.  According to one witness who is a veteran, they were carrying MP-5 submachine guns.  That’s not a U.S. military item.  It’s made by H&K Firearms in Germany.

“Now this crash was at 2 a.m. and everything was cleaned up and gone before sun up.  All that remains there now is a big burnt space.

“One of the people who saw the craft hit said it was an extremely bright bluish color and was on fire.  He said it tumbled and rolled before hitting the mountain.  He was surprised there was no big boom.  It just hit the mountain and a big flame came up. 

“Since that time, I have been told people have been threatened and reports of the crash were scoured from police records.  Not only that, but the dispatch for the firetruck also disappeared.”

Two kids secretly tested Roswell UFO material

Huge secret UN facility beneath Mt. Mitchell, NC

The source of the following information is “Hawk” who retired from the medical field several years ago. Before that, he served as a combat medic during the Vietnam War.  Not ready to completely retire, he contacted the North Carolina National Guard to volunteer at its medical wing. He was accepted, but his first assignment had nothing to do with medicine.  With his clearance from the FBI and Army Intelligence, he was given undercover surveillance assignments.  His first report about an ISIS training camp in NC follows this report.

Our second interview with “Hawk” on May 8, 2015 was at a new location.  He had more information to reveal, information he felt the American public absolutely needs to know.

“The American people are going to be in for a rude awakening unless they wake up now and prepare,” he said with grave concern. 

Then he began to tell us about one of his surveillance missions in the fall of 2014.  It was during that mission that he saw with his own eyes that Mt. Mitchell is under the military control of the United Nations, just as his intelligence superiors had revealed to him.

“I was chosen as a commander of this squad of troops to get into surveillance positions within a half mile to a mile of Mt. Mitchell for a period of days to observe people and vehicles going in and out of the area,” he began.

“There was no real road to get to our intended location,” he said.  “We drove over old logging roads and through ditches.  When we finally got there, we camouflaged our vehicle and then started hiking.  It took approximately four hours by the time I dropped off the final guy at his predetermined outpost point using a military compass and a handheld GPS.”

“Our man assigned to be the primary lead on security observations saw Blue Hats carrying what appeared to be huge solid frame backpacks,” Hawk said. “He saw them come out of a building on the rear side of Mt. Mitchell and said they appeared to struggle a bit under the weight of the packs.  A lead man accompanied each man who was carrying a backpack.

Hawk called United Nations soldiers “Blue Hats.”

“After hiking one behind the other for a distance, they split up into four two-man teams. Luckily I had enough squad members to follow each team.  The Blue Hats dispersed down the east, the north, the south and the west side of Mt. Mitchell but not in straight lines.  They zigzagged back and forth.

“Soon each lead man pulled out a folding military shovel and dug a hole about six feet off the game trails they were following. Then a sensory device from the backpacks was buried in a hole that was about a foot deep.  These sensors were place every 100 meters.  Each team must have planted 50 of them.  They were highly technical sensors that would detect anybody walking in the forest.”

“Some associate observers down along the railroad tracks in Marion relayed to us that they saw between 20 and 25 tanks being off loaded from a train in the dead of night on to tractor trailers on an adjacent road,” Hawk said. “Later our team observed the tractor trailers starting to drive up the road to Mt. Mitchell.” (Highway 128)

“Our squad did not stay to observe the unloading of the tanks, but another team that also was on the north side watched the two highways that go down Mt. Mitchell and reported that no tractor trailers came down, so the tanks were off loaded at Mt. Mitchell.
When we asked Hawk what kind of tanks, he said, “They were a lighter green than conventional U.S. military tanks. It was a primer green which means the tanks most likely would be repainted at the underground facility.”

The red marker points to Mt. Mitchell.  The town of Marion is southeast of the mountain.

Then Hawk looked intently at us and asked, “Why do you think they have tanks there?  Why do you think the United States government sold or gave Mt. Mitchell to the United Nations?  Why do you think so many of us within the U.S. government are putting our lives on the line to protect this country from outside control?”

Military witness:  “There’s an ISIS training camp in NC”

EDITOR’S NOTE:  We received the following information on February 28, 2015 from a man who identified himself as “Hawk.”  He presented himself in a very credible way and seemed very concerned about getting his information to the public. His story merits consideration.

Surveillance of an ISIS cell

In early fall 2014, Hawk was asked to go on a surveillance mission. 

“I was called by a gentleman, from where I don’t know,” Hawk explained.  “He gave me directions to go to a small motel west of Burnsville and a person would be standing outside to wave at me and that would be the signal that I was at the right place.  I met the gentleman and he took me in this motel room at the back of the motel and gave me a minimal briefing about my job in this surveillance mission.

“He said we were watching a total of four houses, all out in the country, a total of five people and three vehicles which he described.  He said the woman who drove one particular vehicle was the head of this ISIS cell. After the briefing, we ate a light supper and then went out for a night of surveillance.”

Hawk said the next morning he and the gentleman went to the church where the female ISIS cell leader attends.  Hawk drove his vehicle because the man’s vehicle “had been compromised.”

Hawk’s life threatened

As recently as late December 2015, Hawk said his life has been threatened.  On one occasion, a man told him “Be careful what you say.  Be careful what you tell people.” That was followed by a much more ominous threat.

“Then he opened up his coat and he had a knife on each hip,” Hawk said. “I could tell by the casing that it was a short knife.  He pulled it out and said, ‘Do you see this knife, how it has a three-inch blade and it’s curved?’  I said yes. ‘Have you ever seen one before?’ I said no.  ‘Well, it’s for slicing throats.  If you love yourself and your family, you’d better keep quiet or I’ll come back and I’ll slice your throats.’” 

Chillingly, the man with the knives worked with Hawk on his early surveillance missions. This has filled Hawk with grave concerns for himself and for the nation, but despite the threats, he is resolved to warn people about ISIS in America.

“On a later surveillance mission,” Hawk said, “We went west of Asheville. There on a hillside overlooking a very small valley is an encampment.  You would think it was Daniel Boone’s fort but it’s built stronger than that with guard towers and concertina wire.  There’s everything there.  It’s one scary place.

small ISIS cell group northeast of Asheville and south of Burnsville.

“That encampment is the enemy of America,” Hawk declared, “and all of you patriotic people, please sit up and take notice, take heart because they’re going to hit homes; they’re going to hit malls; they’re going to hit hospitals; they’re going to hit elementary schools.

“We intercepted enough of their data, their encrypted codes, to know that they’re ready to move out.  So if you have a gun permit, always have it with you.  If you don’t have a gun permit, you carry a rifle or a shotgun or a pistol with you.  This is just for the Patriots of America, the people that want our country back and won’t let it be taken from us by ISIS or anyone else.”
